John, North Shore IT, came over a weekend to solve degraded service for two laptops and a desktop computer, all now working fine. John is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. we will be working with John to keep our laptops and our business systems working and improving. We highly recommend him for personal and small business IT support.
John was extremely fast to respond to my initial request for services. We setup a completely new invoicing system and purchased a new computer and additional monitors. He helped walk me through all the steps I will be using with new software.
