I took my IPad to have broken screen replaced $183 for the part and $150 for labor picked it up and saw that the screen wasn't put on right, it was coming off on the bottom and it wasn't centered over the home button correctly, took it back made some lame excuse about it being dirty on the inside but to leave it and come back no change still broken, and to top it off when I went to pick it up, he literally comes out gives me the I pad and walks away while I was talking and goes to the back and doesn't come back DO NOT BRING YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE! Over $300 down the drain

Critical:Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Don't pay or walk out without making sure everything is working. Will not explain all that it will take to repair and the cost. Replaced screen which did not work and then all of sudden there were additional cost that were not explained at the time. Very unprofessional!

Critical:Professionalism Did not even try and give options for help on virus removal because "they are short handed." Seems to me that "Ruben" needs to be a little more professional when dealing with customers that are willing to work you, even when they can not.

Critical:Quality not a good place to fix your phone. Took my phone to get screen replaced and to fix the battery now if it's fully charged it just dies out of no where and goes back to 3 percent when it turns back on

Critical:Responsiveness Called for general information. Couldn't get passed the girl who answers phone to speak to a technician. She didn't know anything about computers to ask, as she told me. Repetably told to drop off computer for dynoatics testing, when trying to ask basic simple questions on computer terminology.

These guys are awesome. My charging port, mic, and both speakers were broken on my iPhone. They fixed it up the same day I took it in for a very reasonable price, and I am more then happy with how my phone works now. They were very friendly people and were informative about my device, the problems I had and how they would go about the trouble shooting process. I would deal with these guys again for my electronics because they seem to care about their customers. From my experience with this company I'd rate 10/10

Went in today unsure of the issue I was having, Marcos and Jennifer greeted me right away Marcos knew exactly what the problem was and immediately fixed it. It was fast, efficient, and amazing service. I will be sure to go back with ALL my devices. I FRICKEN LOVE THIS SHOP!
