The service that Mary provided was great we thought we needed our computer wiped and restarted but we did not we just needed viruses removed and she removed them all and got it back up and running in to time and she is very affordable. I would recommend that if you have computer problems to give her a call. Thank you so much for your help.

I had downloaded windows 10 to my computer was not happy with it, wanted to go back to windows 7. Anyway thought I could handle it but I couldn't. I called geekette. They weren't able to help other than tell me to contact Dell to get a $19.95 recovery disk. Well after spending another $89.00 my computer now has windows 7 back. I would be hesitate to refer a friend to this company for computer repair. They did not help me at all.

Well my 4th of July went out with a HUGE bang -- the lost of computer equipment and such - I also had a back up external hard drive - after hooking it up to the new computer system -- ut oh. nothing - tick tick tick -- nothing -- so I went searching for a local computer repair shop - I came across ''Need a Geekette'' -- met up with Mary -- the Geekette in charged : - on July 11th - left my external hard drive with her -- rec'd an email Sunday morning -- saying -- ---I was able to recover all of your files!--.
I just sat there in my chair - crying -- almost 10 years of files recovered - I can't thank Mary enough - for feeling my pain - and putting her knowledge and her heart into recovering my files - -- lesson learned -- not only will I have the files on my computer - external hard drive -- I will have a second external hard drive and turn on Carbonite 1st - I am Thanking the Lord for answering my prayers 2nd - I am Thanking Mary for recovering my files 3rd - I am Thanking Mary's husband for 2 dozen fresh eggs.
