THE WORST experience I've had, ever. He charged me $276 to "fix" a laptop and he didn't fix my problem, then blamed me for using non-genuine parts. I made a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wap_yOLTUTo proving this wrong. He also said he doesn't accept PayPal, which is another lie. He will not provide a receipt for "parts" that he supposedly ordered for my laptop and wants me to ship it back to charge me more money. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

The people that work here are pos. They ordered a laptop from my eBay store then lied about its condition. They returned a computer that wasn't even the one I sent them. The one they sent back was completely trashed and broken. This company is full of thieves

WORST Experience ever, Robert (dean) ( harvey) this guy uses multiple company names too. "Nations 1st office repair" or "www.laptoprepairs. com) names and multiple phone numbers mixed. He took 65.00 cash. said it would be 2 or 3 days to get new hinges and a new hard drive for my laptop. After two weeks he stopped answering my calls so after 3.5 weeks I so I show up at 1555 E flamingo st 101-201 that changes too. he doesnt answer door.

I have to wait and try and catch him when its open. Then I catch him there and he says its ready and asks for my CC charges my card 313.93 After Dean, rob whatever name he goes by at the moment, tries passing off someone elses computer ( I'm older but not that old) is it a crime to take advantage of old people?! after going back and forth he brings out my laptop, (which is registered with HP I open it and it has the same erro0r message and the hinges are still broke! Robert, Dean Harvey, had not touched my laptop!

I ask him for my credit back on my card, he says NO I'll order the parts. I left with my still broken laptop! This guy is bad news this saga started I'm out 313.93 plus 65.00 cash and my comp has not ever been looked at. HP registered #SN part # and I own the service pack so I was on phone with HP several times before I gave it to rob, dean or whom ever he is. DO NOT USE this guy Nations 1st office repair or Laptoprepairs.

I needed my laptop fixed with in 48 hours and they completed with in that timeframe. Another this is they are very generous i am on a budget with no job and they were able to find me a replacement screen for my hp computer at a reasonable price. -adora

BEWARE! this business is super shady - requiring a $65. fee to simply diagnose a problem you already are aware of because that's why you brought it there! then they try to keep your item - likely to use for parts or repair and resell. who knows? they are fraudulent for sure!

Dropped off a few items, took them a month and they couldn't fix them, they still charged me the full price for repair of 1 item and a fee for looking at the other one and refused to refund me. Dont pay upfront for their service. Do not recommend

This guy doesn't know how fix anything. They charge you upfront which should have been a red flag and didn't even fix the problem with the printer. This place is a big SCAM! BE CAREFULL!

I read the other two reviews, by Russell t. and Chad, and my problems I had with laptoprepairs are very similar. First of all, i paid that guy $55.00 to have older model desktop fixed, for a no rush job. The quick and dirty bottom line is this: Please don't deal with them at all. These people are a danger to the public. They are very dishonest, That one office guy started playing games with me, I never got my computer back, If you ever had a bad experience with a dishonest bad auto-mechanic it is like that. you have been warned. I'm going to report these people to the proper authorities.

Thought I had an appointment, when I got there told tech was out, Robert the only person there was not even aware that I had an appt. Or how much I'd been quoted. (I'd set up appointment a week prior with manager Shawn H). Robert suggested that I leave my printer and tablet there and tech would get to it when he returned. I declined to leave them (with my password) for who knows how long, and left. Would not recommend you waste your time.

I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE with this service. My technician, George, is absolutely a tech 'genius' and I will request him again. He was polite, knowledgable and VERY competent. He rid my computer of pesky mal ware and fixed my printer connection witch had been down for months. The prices are very reasonable. I will DEFINITELY use this service again!

They fixed my laptop in an orderly manner, and did a great job explaining what went wrong, also very reasonable prices.

Sent to get my Alienware 13 R2 screen repaired because of purple markings. They said it was a bad logic board, okay fine, found a part for $365, said to send it back. Decided to say they found a refurbished one for $165, okay fine than, came out to over $260, including shipping. Would not take paypal, was not in their ad on ebay. Okay fine, I needed my laptop for school. Received it, and low and behold no cord that it sent to them. Opened up my laptop it still had power and the purple marks are still there!

Oh but no refunds. They asked how did I know without having my power cord well it still had power which you would have known if you actually worked on it! their ebay: https://www.ebay.com/usr/laptoprepairs99?ul_noapp=true Negative: infinite stars.

Now, I don't know who they are and it might not be their fault, but I just found out that they charged my credit card with hundreds of dollars for repair of a laptop. Guess what? I don't even own one. Like I said, I don't know if it was their fault.

I took my tablet pc to your company on August 20, 2016 because you promised that you could quickly repair my defective power port. I delivered the computer to you at nine a.m. At 3:30 p.m., after having been promised that it would take no more than an hour or two for you to repair my computer, I called you. You informed me that the power port was soldered to the board and you could not repair it that day. Rather, you could repair it in two weeks for another 700 dollars.

I declined to accept your services and picked up my computer. I then contacted the manufacturer and was told that because you had opened my computer the warranty was voided. Understandable: I instructed you to open the machine as I needed it repaired quickly. When I returned home I took the machine to the vendor and asked him to fix it. He did. He also informed me that until he opened the machine it had never been opened.

He also informed me that the power port was not soldered to the board, but plugged to the board with a standard plug. So what kind of business do you run? You charge me a premium to work on my machine quickly. You don't even look at my machine. You wait hours, in fact you make me contact you to determine the status of my "repair", and then you tell me it will take two weeks and 700 dollars to effect a repair that the vendor affected for me in 15 minutes and at no charge? In the process you voided my warranty. I thought one only lost at the casino in 'Vegas. Clearly I was wrong.

I had a very positive experience using this company. I used them because they were closer to my work. When I got there the owner explained that the reviews being left were from competitors. He fixed my pic and it only cost me 99 dollars the neamount quoted. They were very communicative through the entire process and meet the time frame promised. I wol use them again beware of deceptive fake reviews you might miss a good company.

If I could give them 0.0 stars I would. Worst place ever to take any computer related items. I will detail my HORRIBLE experience with them in another post. Just wanted to make sure others knew how BAD they are. Don't take any printer here that you need repaired!

We took our 2011 macbookpro in for a simple screen repair seven months ago. Received a call one week later saying it also needed a new hard drive. Didn't receive a call from them since until we complained to Channel 8. We called at six weeks and were told not to call them, they will call us. Oh and by the way we now also needed a new motherboard. In March we went in and said we want our computer back in whatever condition it is in.

We were told it was in New York at the Apple headquarters being repaired. There was nothing they could do but wait for it to come back. We told them to send for it immediately. They refused. (we found out Apple headquarters are in California not New York). We wrote to Better Business Bureau and they simply sent our complaint on to the repair store.

They can do nothing more. What a waste of a government agency and monies. At the end of May we wrote to Channel 8. The repair shop miraculously called the first of June and said we could come pick up the computer but the camera/video was still not working. We don't trust a word this fraudulent shop owner says. How do we know we are getting a new hard drive and mother board with the ridiculousness of the last seven months.

I have been warned at work about them putting spyware on my computer. They want $672.00 and will not guarantee their work either. Crazy scary to think we have no recourse for crooks like these. Run from this group. Don't end up like me. My computer was literally stolen right out from under me.
