Mike, I just wanted to say thank you for everything. I was more than happy with the work you did on my computer. I got it back alot better than I expected and all I had to do was plug it in and turn it on. I'm so glad I went with you over Geek Squad or some other big name company. You dealt with me on a personal level that I really appreciated and made it easy for me to talk to you about everything I needed to.
