Excellent customer service. My new lenovo laptop crashed and Krystal from the team was always on top of things. I am bewildered and saddened by reading a very negative review of MJP computers (6/5/2015). It was nearly twenty years ago, after being told of MJP's expertise, when I first began purchasing MJP computers for business use and for personal use. I have always known them to provide exemplary customer service. In my career I have worked for both an international computer hardware company and a very well known huge software company. I do recommend MJP.

I have used MJP for a few years now and just recently I had a very frustrating issue with my laptop and printer and Michael at MJP went way above and beyond to get my issues resolved. He resolved my issues in less than 24 hours and now everything works perfect again like new! Great top notch I.T. service.
