These guys worked hard for us to have our internet service. We live in a rural place where getting service was a challenge. Although it was a hard install, they powered through and got the job done. We now have great reliable service! I highly recommend giving Mitec a try!

Mitec Solutions is the best place to go when in need for internet! I recently switched over from AT&T and I also used to use spectrum back in the day but boy will I tell you when I switched over to Mitec it felt amazing! With their high speed data and reliable internet I think it's the best choice for all of Ventura County so I truly do recommend stopping at Mitec Solutions.

Also a side note they don't only have internet they fix computers and work on pcs and Mac books and even sell products too! If your in the area definitely switch over to Mitec because all these other brands you can't trust! Thanks Mitec!

Mitec Solutions is the best place in need to go for internet! We recently switched over from AT&T and loved the change they gave us a high speed difference and at an awesome price! Whattttt? The Staff are so awesome being so nice to you throughout your process of getting internet and the owners are just as encouraging and helpful. Recently my Son needed internet for his gaming or whatever it is and we got Mitec thanks for helping our family get reliable and good internet for a low cost!

Ryan and his team continue to enhance their business and thus providing customers with the latest technology and as always their dedication to customer service. You will not be disappointed by switching from one of the "big boys" to a local business who competes on a similar scale. AS a matter of fact they put Spectrum to shame. I prefer dealing with local business, and I really like Mitec. I have their wireless internet service and it's great.

I reached out to Mitec in September and they were great. At the end of my other review I said that I would definitely use their service again. Little did I know that within weeks I would! I called Mitec to see about replacing an existing laptop. They found out what my needs were, and suggested a new one to purchase. Their price was in line with other companies so I bought from Mitec.

They ported over all my programs and files over and made suggestions if they had any concerns about future performance. They even provided a service where a tech delivered the computer to my house and made sure that I was comfortable using the new device, checked to make sure that my internet signal was strong enough and answered all of my questions until I felt completely at ease with the new computer. I have told all my friends and family. I love these guys!

What great company! This team saved us when we were starting our new business. They helped schedule through a holiday weekend. They arrived on time and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They understood the urgency of our set-up needs and answered every question and email with that same sense of urgency. The reliability of the service and speed has been great!

From the installers to sales-reps, they have been amazing! It's so nice to know there is a company that still understands how important customer service and customer satisfaction are.

I make videos for a living and I filmed a rap video, went home to download my footage to the computer and my memory card got corrupted. This has happened to me once before and the footage was lost. After a complete sleepless night I called up mitec and they said they'd give it a shot. Anyways they somehow saved all the footage and saved my ass big time. My client spent a lot of money coordinating dancers and mitec saved me. Thanks guys.

Required in-person service for home wifi. Got a quick appointment after near immediate email response. Tech kept masked and worked quickly to check every network connection and all devices. Worked efficiently to wrap up in just an hour after ensuring that everything was humming along correctly.

This company has been amazing, every single person I've dealt with have friendly, helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to get me hooked up to internet. I haven't had good quality internet in almost 10 years, the speeds and quality I'm getting are stellar. The installation technicians were awesome, Cameron and Jonathan did an amazing job, my installation wasn't an easy one, these guys pulled wires through 200 feet of buried conduit due to an obstruction that was blocking the line of sight to my house.

They didn't call the job done until everything was perfect. I can't say thank you enough to everyone at Mitec, amazing company that treats there customers right, I can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you thank you thank you!

Mitec is such a wonderful team. It makes me wonder why I ever bothered with the big, frustrating ISPs! Their service is always prompt and courteous and our internet is great. They go above and beyond, too, checking in with us regularly to make sure everything is going well. I would definitely recommend Mitec to people looking for a new ISP!

Our install went very well and we were very, very pleased with Nathan and his courteous and friendly attitude. He explained each step as he went along, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our PC's, Laptops and my Tablet are working at a greatly increased speed.

I was initially reluctant to use MiTech because I have been going to Apple for many years. Since Apple stores are closed I went to MiTech. I was very impressed. Customer service is awesome. Someone called me almost every day to give me updates on my Mac. They did a great job too. Highly recommend!

After having the service for about two years now, we are disappointed in the occasional outages that happen. Sometimes it is obvious why, like high winds, but sometimes there seems to be no explanation. You would think they would offer a small discount for the times that you are without internet, but they don't. They do respond if you call to alert them, but they just say to restart your router when most often the problem seems to be on their end.

I needed help setting up consistent WiFi throughout my house. I reviewed the services offered by Mitec and read the reviews left on Yelp and decided to give them a call. I received a response a short time later by a polite member of the Mitec team who proceeded to hear what my issues were with the internet at home. A technician was schedule to come to my house to install some equipment and get everything set up. Internet has been working great since then, and we have consistent strong wireless signal throughout the house. I would definitely recommend Mitec to anyone.

Mitec once did not serve my area. When I discovered they were serving my area this year I immediately signed up. They arrived and spent whatever time they needed to install their best performing Internet service available to my house. They even routed the wiring out of sight in my home. The service has proved reliable with some of my test results variable.

I have no complaints. They are eager to improve or fix any issues I may find. Their price per month is less than Spectrum if you have average service requirements. The service is wireless to my house. I expect it will be working when Spectrum Internet dies during a local power outage.

Excellent service! We have been saved many times by the awesome crew at Mitec for both business and personal computer and even iPhone repair.

My computer screen gave up the ghost, and MiTec was friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish to help me get it replaced. Evan gave me solid time and cost estimates, explained things clearly, was patient with my questions, and everyone made drop-off, pick-up, and payment straightforward and easy to handle while maintaining social distancing. Evan also made sure I knew about options available to me to improve my computer's performance, which I would not otherwise have known about - without me feeling even a hint of hard-sell. I've used MiTec's services before, they always give reliable service, and they're my go-to place for issues with my Mac.

I've used these folks before, but I won't be using them again. While they do excellent work their prices and wait times are not good. I wanted some RAM put into my new MacMini. I had the RAM, I just wanted it installed. They quoted me 3 days and $350. Yeah, an hours job, 3 days and $350. Nope. Took it to another place in Ventura (Ventura County Computers) and they did it in less than an hour for $100. Edit: So Mitec clearly pays attention to Yelp and seems to care.

I just received a call from Ryan and he was surprised by my review. We discussed the situation and the over the phone quote that I revived. He states he was shocked that I was quoted that much and that long of a wait. I'm a reasonable person and I understand mistakes are made sometimes and that this may have been one of those times. Ryan has stated he will send me a coupon for 1 free hour of labor and will discuss with his staff how seriously he takes this. With all of that, I will raise them from 2 to 4 stars. The owner seems willing to try and make this right and I truly appreciate his effort.

Took my stock PC here for a Ram Upgrade. The job was done correctly and the new upgrade has my PC running smooth. The communication is great and they keep you updated as new updates become available on your equipment. I would definitely recommend Mitec for your computer upgrade and repair needs.

Mitec installed a new internet service at My home. Josh and Nick were fast friendly professional and enthusiastic. They did an excellent job including running cable under the house to the exact spot I asked for. From My first question to the fast reasonably rated ($$) internet I'm using to post this My experience with Mitec has been perfect.

A capitalized company, that is efficient, technologically proficient, and well run. However, they are financially aggressive in their pricing and service. What does that mean? They'll do a good job, but you'll pay for it. For a small business that needs guarantees, it might be something to consider, for me, not so much

They also setup a large wireless network connecting my guest house to my main house, and are supplying a highspeed Internet connection. I am very grateful to Mitec for fixing my laptop! They were very responsive, calling me every day with an update. Helpful in answering questions and concerns. Made helpful recommendations! I have a basically new PC for a few hundred bucks (I just wasn't willing to start over with new operating system).

When my husband and I were researching to buy a new Macbook Pro, we wanted to talk to a computer professional. My husband found Mitec and Anthony from a google search. Anthony was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, spent time on the phone answer my husbands questions, then spent 30+ minutes a few days later answering all of my questions. I now know where I will go for all future computer tech needs!

Thanks to Anthony and his team I had my fears relieved and MacBook restored! Not only did they fix the problem, but took time to explain what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Great job!

Super happy! I just picked up my fixed Samsung touchscreen from Mitec and I just dropped it off Thursday night when they were closing. It was nice of them to stay open a little later for me since I have a crazy schedule as a hospital nurse. The process was easy and cost of repair was reasonable. I was more impressed that I have my laptop again for work so quickly!

I called Mitec for help with my MacBook Pro having weird colored lines on my screen. After looking at other service providers and their reviews and comparing to Mitec I decided to give Mitec a shot. I'm glad I came here. The girls up front were really nice and the techs were updating me along the way with the estimates and repair process. I'll admit Apple parts aren't cheap and I knew this when I purchased a Mac. Mitec pricing is not the cheapest when comparing to others but they are competitive and their service reflects their pricing. I don't mind paying a few bucks extra for awesome service and a local place I can trust with my system and data. I will be back and recommend you give them a shot too;

Mitec Solutions recently installed their Wi-Fi system on my boat and I couldn't be happier. No data caps, no "throttling back" after a certain amount of usage, no nothing except a reliable internet access system that works perfectly - all for a very reasonable price. We called one week, had the best internet service ever the next week, we were able to finally dump AT&T. AT&T says it is high speed, but truly dial up was faster, I can't believe we suffered so long with miserable internet service.

Mitec employees are professional, wonderful to work with, do a great job, and never leave you asking "why isn't this working". If you have a problem, you call, they solve it. So stop paying the big companies, when Mitec can solve your problems and provide better service.

The hard drive on our Mac book pro crashed. But the good news is Mitec had it repaired within 24 hours! AMAZING! They gave us several options for hardware, and were very knowledgeable, answering all questions with confidence. Customer service was excellent, ,, they called us during each stage of repair, we always felt well informed & that they appreciated our business. I highly recommend supporting this LOCAL shop for computer repair and parts.

I have used this company for over five years. They have managed the web site for my car club, done repairs on my personal computer, and helped me with any number of questions I've had for both my own problems, and with my clubs. Thank goodness they are reasonable and always available.

Top notch. Mac crapped out while traveling. Stopped in they were very busy. Anthony jumped out and expedited the service. With my less than stellar computer knowledge walked me through the repair process. Never tried to make me feel less than knowledgeable about the Mac. Repairs were quick and prompt. With my limited time in Ventura they got the machine up and running with a larger hard drive.

Great customer service. If I lived in Ventura I would not hesitate to trust this awesome company with my computer needs. Every person that I came across in the store was so polite and helpful.

These folk did an amazing job combining Two very old computers to make one usable one without losing any of the software I was trying to preserve... and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended

Very honest and professional service. I took my laptop in because it wouldn't start and it turns out that the battery connection inside of the computer was just a little dusty and it wouldn't charge. They only charged me for the diagnosis.
