After wandering to different computer shops for a simple ssd screw where people didn't understood what i'm saying. The technician came from his place along-with box of screws spent 5 minutes of his valuable time in searching for exact screw and gave extra few screws without any charge. I wish people in MCS all the best and Happy new year 2020.

Took my computer in due to sound not working. They spent about an hour looking into simple fixes, nothing worked so I checked my computer in for a full diagnostic. It took about 2 weeks, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable aswell. Will be using MWCS again if I need repairs.

I entered Midwest Computer Solutions on 9/15/17 at 10:45 with a great need to recover family pictures for my brother's funeral. They exceeded my expectations by recovering my needed pictures from an old hard drive within two hours. Thank you Tom & Staff for your since of urgency!

I have called on Midwest Computer Solutions a number of times over the past several years for both small and large problems; some due to "operator" error. At the end to each service event I have been fully satisfied with their effort and results. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Midwest Computer Solutions were wonderful to work with. At work we were having issues with our printers, I called them and they were here within 30 minutes and had them up and running! Then they even followed up to make sure everything was still working correctly. We really appreciated their customer service and their ability to have someone here so quickly.

It is time to find a new computer guy! I have used MWCS many times over the years and was overall happy with the business. I came in a few weeks ago having issues with my computer running very slowly. I dropped the laptop off and spoke with a tall dark haired gentleman sitting at the front and he was nice enough. I said I didn't recognize him and he said there had been a lot of staffing changes in the last year and that basically everyone is new.

I was hopeful this would not affect the quality of work, I was wrong! I received a call 3 days after dropping off the computer and was told I had "loads of viruses" and that was causing the issue. They quoted me an OUTRAGEOUS price to clean the viruses and I gave the ok. 2 days later I get a call that they had cleaned the viruses but the problem had not resolved and they believed the entire motherboard was going out and quoted another CRAZY fee for this fix.

I said no, they attempted to sell me an overpriced new computer or used computer. I said no ill just come get it. When I came in there was a young heavy set woman sitting at the desk in the front. I did not recognize her either, and just assumed this was a new member of staff as well. As I walked up to the help desk I noticed she was putting on makeup, and she said "be with you in one sec" and continued putting on makeup!

It wasn't a long time but it was extremely rude as no one else was in the front to help, so I just stood there watching her apply her mascara! Once she had decided it was adequate she approached the desk and I made an off handed comment, something like "you must really like that makeup", in hopes of getting an apology or at least get her to focus and just let her know it was rude.

This backfired as she went into a long spiel about how she loves it and sells it! She quickly retrieved some paperwork from her desk and tried to get me to order some for my wife. I tried, as nicely as I could manage, to guide the conversation back to why I was at A COMPUTER BUSINESS. I asked her at one point if she would get in trouble if my wife came in to purchase makeup, since she was supposed to be working on computer stuff, however, she said it would not be a problem.

That the owners are her parents and she was actually "part owner now and will one day run the business ". I was shocked to say the least as I wouldn't have hired this girl as an unpaid intern based on this short meeting we have had. I finally steered us to the business at hand she was completely clueless of anything that was happening with my computer.

After I went over everything with her she went in the back and I assume spoke to a tech and retrieved my computer. I left and was about to pull out when I realized they had not given me my charger, so I braved going back in and to my surprise this young lady is at her desk taking selfies. Not being a business owner and getting to the bottom of why my problems were not resolved, or doing any actual work, but taking pictures of herself.

I tell her they did not return the charger and she literally skips or something resembling skipping and twirly dancing into the back where she retrieves my charger and is completely unaware that she is acting completely inappropriate and says "thanks, come back soon!". My computer wasn't any different after their "virus removal" and I took it to the new place in fairoaks mall.

They were fast and affordable and actually fixed it, just software issue. Unbelievable that Midwest Computer could not find the problem (which the other place found in minutes) but charged me an arm and a leg to remove "loads of viruses" I probably didn't have. This on top of how incredibly immature and unprofessional the new part owner of the business behaves!

My wife looked up her fb page (Amanda Diane Burdine) off the card she gave me and its full of makeup hawking and duck face selfies taken at work advertising makeup with MWCS in the background but no mention of her actual business MWCS! If that is the new or future face of Midwest Computer, NO THANK YOU! I will find a more professional business!

I have used Midwest several times with excellent results. It is a great relief to have a local supplier that can fix complex issues beyond my ability. I don't know who these negative reviewers are; perhaps they didn't know what they wanted. Midwest always gets the job done, with professional ethics. They can be trusted.

I had a very good experience with Midwest Computer Solutions. The hard drive on our desktop crashed and they were able to retrieve all the pictures, music and documents. They were fast, professional and charged a reasonable price.
