Not everyone wants their computer to leave their home or office. We can schedule an onsite service call in your home or office. We bill a minimum of one hour for field calls, and we bill for all time onsite. After your first hour, we bill in quarter hour, or 15 minute, increments. Our techs have significant experience with field calls, however, we schedule these calls on our calendar.
