Note: The bench service means customer brings in equipment to be serviced to MEGACOM office. On-site service means our service technicians/network engineers will make a visit to a customer site. Please note that we do not dispatch any "geeks" to solve your already complicated problems! This plan is available for those clients who wish to establish a business relationship with MEGACOM to obtain a dedicated support at a significantly reduced price compared to our regular service options.Besides the cost savings, the clients will also benefit from strategic planning, regular preventive maintenance, documented configurations, free telephone support, reduced down-time, priority service & support and more.
It does not matter if the product or solution is best of the best. It has to be also affordable and suitable for our SMB clients as not all of our clients are fortune 100 companies with deep packets. We do not recommend products and solutions simply based on pricing only. We do not want to tell our client "you got what you had paid for!".
MEGACOM offers our clients a convenient way of obtaining system support via utilizing MEGACOM RemoteCare On-Demand Support Services (MROSS)! We can connect to your computer system remotely at your request on-demand to provide assistance with solving your systems problem quickly, easily and safely minimizing your system's down time.
Let's face it. Your current IT Service Provider profits when your systems are down - even though you are paying him to maintain your network. We operate with a different set of values. Our clients enjoy a fixed monthly fee that never fluctuates regardless of how many service calls or problems. We can only profit when our customers don't face IT disasters.

I asked for Jason based on this feedback and he did not dissapoint. The guy told me what my problem was with my very old printer ( yes seven years is old) and he weighed out my options. I will call him again when I have another problem. Thank you Jason!

Jason is wonderful. He helped me by phone going over my printer's problems in detail, looking up my printer, determining that it doesn't have a separate printhead that can be replaced (or something like that!), emailing me with reviews of the printer to illustrate that many other customers have had the same problem with this printer, and essentially recommending that the printer be replaced--all for free! This, when he could have told me to bring the printer in and gotten a service fee. Honest, knowledgable, and generous. I definitely recommend him!

After having continuous problems with our HP laserjet printer, I called asking for a repair technician to see what the problem was. Jason (the repairman) was so nice and tried to help over the phone to save us the service fee. But alas, our 8 year old printer needed professional help and Jason immediately drove over. He checked every roller, the fuser, feed tray and all the inspectable components.

Instead of telling us all the parts we would need to buy, he sourced what we had from two old broken trays. He even threw in a free roller that was better than our worn roller. He did a stellar and thorough job. I would easily choose him for future computer and tech problems.

Modacom provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ASK FOR JASON. He handled the repair of my old HP Laserjet 3150 and is a perfectionist. Most importantly, Jason is HONEST with IMPECCABLE INTEGRITY. He educates along the way, will save the broken parts to show you (which I did not need to see - but he offered) and keeps the cost within the quote. I am so happy to have found him and his company. BUT MODACOM DOES MORE THAN JUST FIX OLD PRINTERS!

If you are interested in any computer services - ESPECIALLY SMALL/MEDIUM/LARGE BUSINESSES - check him and Modacom out! BTW: I used YELP to find Megacom and other computer folks to explore who could repair my printer. I spoke with several other companies/reps over the phone and did NOT feel confident the price would stay within the range or that they had the technical proficiency to repair it without being jerked around about price and/or time.

I found out about Magacom via the yelp website after a long internet search that was essentially fruitless. I brought my Samsung printer to Jason who examined it, speculated about what it might be and offered me a couple of explanations as to what might be the problem. I left the machine with him and the next day got a call that he had tested it and confirmed the problem.

He fixed it for the price of the service charge and the replacement part. He was thorough, quick, efficient and willing to explain in as much detail as I could handle. The experience was smooth and pleasant, and I got back my printer.

Called in to get an authorized HP Service Tech to come out an update some firmware on an MFP we have. The guy I spoke with (Jason) knew his stuff well enough to save us the trouble. Not many businesses would be honest enough to tell you that you don't really need to hire them. I was super pleased with his knowledge and honesty. I'll be using Megacom at every opportunity going forward.

AWESOME! I had liquid damage to my HP laptop that shorted out the keyboard. Jason quoted me his cost on the part ($75ish) plus $50 to install. (Best Buy said it would cost $600 to fix, HP wanted more than $300 and I would have to send it away for a week.) Once the part arrived I dropped off the laptop at 3:30 and by 8:30 the next morning it was done.

I couldn't have asked for better service at a very fair price. P.S. I left my sunglasses when I picked up the laptop and they called me on my cell right away. I turned around and someone was waiting for me with my glasses in the parking garage so I didn't even have to go upstairs! Really fantastic!

My Samsung printer needed service, and I found Megacom through Samsung's website. Megacom was extremely professional and courteous over the phone. They even warned me about the construction going on around their location and told me where to park. After I dropped off my printer, they called me back a few days later to give me an update of their progress.

I wasn't expecting the call, but it's certainly appreciated. Two days later, I got another call informing me that the repair was done. After I picked up my printer, they followed up with another call to make sure that it was working properly. I was very pleased with my experience with Megacom, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for your computer needs. Their customer service is top-notch.
