Lovell Systems

Living in a rural area north of Pickens there aren't many options in the area for handling technical problems with a PC. I have an Alienware G15 with which I required help and saw Lovell Systems on Google with excellent reviews. I had driven past the place many times without any thought of using them. However, I trusted Google reviews and took my Alienware hoping I was making the right choice.

The service, communication, and work performed were excellent, exceeding all my expectations. These guys gave me options, didn't attempt to upsell me, gave me an accurate completion date and the machine works perfectly. If you want big name service with a personal hometown touch, this is the place to go.

These folks are top notch. I've used them several times and WILL use them soon again. The price is fair and in my opinion a bit easier on the pocket than ANY chain. They are local PLEASE SUPPORT THEM!

Lovell came with good recommendations and boy howdy did they live up to it. no power to my PC and tried what I could at home to no avail. Took the tower in and met Douglas who was friendly and helpful. Later the same day he called and it was ready and running. He found the problem and fixed it pronto... and for a fair price. Anyone on the area with a tech problem, visit Lovell... you will not be disappointed.

Their service tech, Doug, came out and did a super job on reinstalling my printer and other apps after my hard drive conversion.

Definitely recommend. David was great, fixed my laptop affordably and quickly. Even went the extra mile to help fix secondary unrelated issues at no extra cost. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do I wont go anywhere else.

Today they went above and beyond what I think is expected. I could have gotten by with normal service but they allowed me to keep on with my work by excelling with theirs. Thank you.
