And, if it's an extreme computer emergency, they has been known to shuffle their schedule around to get us up and running. Las Vegas Geeks is a top notch organization.

I was giving the public a heads up on a company that people should not use to submit my review they were supposed to email me a confirmation code and it never came. This is a unreliable review company they only submit what they want. BBB STANDS FOR NOTHING. I also don't recommend to use this site there is a lot better places to use for reviews and complaints.

I'm not used to pay $ 300.00 per night but I was too tired to drive and this hotel was the closest one so I pay and there in no internet unless you pay for internet and there is a little bar in the room and you have to pay for a Corona beer $8 dollars candies, soda, wine, alcohol, pay for it they only give you water $300.00 to sleep here is a ripoff by the way my cell was dead and can't look for a better deal %$#@=_

BBB is very biased based. Prime example look at BestBuy complaint history, the generic answers given by BestBuy to Consumers who have had their packages either not delivered period, stolen, and or lost. BestBuy does not take ownership period and screws over the consumer. When you go to the BBB to file a complaint and see the generic answers given, how is remotely possible for BestBuy to keep an A rating when they have strictly 1 star reviews! BestBuy's answer is to contact your Local Law Enforcement for everything!

I've been working with Rhonda in the Las Vegas office regarding the navigation of procedures for addressing customer concerns. Rhonda has been more than helpful, and provided some great insight. She is a great advocate for communication and resolution between each party. I was very impressed with Rhonda's willingness to help and professionalism.

They closed my complaint administratively with a business(Sleep Safe Solutions) after getting me to return an 800$ item to the business at my expense for a replacement that I never got? They are also giving the business an A+ rating? How is ripping me off completely deserving of an A+ Rating? and closure for the business that has stopped responding.

They have also now removed my complaint from their website? Wow that is special. amazing how deceitful this is. My complaint number with them is 90204400. I called them as asked and I understand that there is little they can do but ask the business to be good but they provide an A+ rating still.

Protect My Car (Vehicle Service Coverage) I have had a tremendous experience with my first need of service for my vehicle. Protect My Car kept it's word in everything they stated in there contract. I'm so pleased with the way the entire process went. If it wasn't not for Protect My Car, I would not have been able to pay to get my car fix at the moment.

I'm still driving my car due to their help, and not taking the bus. I recommend Protect My Car to anyone that wants to stay on the road. They saved me approx. $1,500.00 in repairs. Kudos To Them!
