I had a cracked screen on a newly purchased Toshiba. I called Laptops Plus and they gave me a ball park estimate to fix. With the information they gave me I decided to bring in my Laptop for the actual quote. The ball park quote was close to the actual price and I got it fixed. The sevice was great. The turn around time was 3 days. It would have cost me twice as much to send it to Toshiba to fix.
