Working at Digital Roots, I have gotten to know Mike, who facilitates computer services to our office. Mike is an extremely friendly, outgoing and competent gentleman. He is a beast at installing antivirus software and has previously offered to boost my RAM when he noticed that my computer was moving slowly. He knows everyone's name in the office even though he's only here a couple times a month. Every company could use a professional as accommodating as Mike!

KML is fast, actionable, reliable and committed to stellar I/T service, support and project work. We have trusted them since on-boarding service desk in 2012. IntelleSync works great to exchange files without E-mail overhead and requires little to no I/T involvement. IntelleManage works great as a billing model for Service Desk and their hosting services are very reliable. Chip and Mark are running a great organization. Excellent company. I have been with KML for quite a few years now and they are extremely reliable and professional.
