Came to my house. Didn't fix problem. Discourteous, very poor customer service I can't begin to say how disappointed I was with this business. I patronized KBS's services when I was having problems with an old, slow computer. A heavy-set fellow came to my house to fix the machine, which I thought was great since I didn't have to take the computer anywhere. But that was the only good point of this experience. The young man, who I eventually found out was the owner James Knox, talked way over my head with technical jargon, seemed agitated and in a hurry, and was actually rude to me!
I really don't like having people interrupt me when I'm asking questions or trying to understand what's going on, but James did so constantly! He installed some software called Stop Sign and said that would take care of all my problems. He then charged me an exorbitant amount and left. My computer is still slow, but I'm not calling KBS again to fix it. I seriously think this "gentlemen" needs a course in customer service. Would you recommend this business to a friend?
