We offer both on-site and drop-off service for repair of your desktop or laptop PC. On-site services are provided at higher rate. There is no need to call ahead for drop-off service; simply bring your computer into our office.

Owner is kind but I was very upset with the service I received. I had a new mother board installed which did not fully fix my issues, once I took it to my dads computer guy he told me it was never fixed properly and they TAPED a piece instead of welding it, he took a picture of it for me so I brought it back and they actually fixed it right the second time to my knowledge. Now my computer gets very hot, dies fast, and had scratches on the screen upon me getting it back. Other reviews look good but I am very unhappy for a $400 fix.

Dropped off my computer at 9am, got a call at 3pm that it was ready. Affordable, fast, and answered my dumb computer questions after the fact. Would recommend a million times before even considering geek squad or anything like it. Hoping to not be back anytime soon (knock on wood), but I know I can trust the work done here if I need to!

Wow! I have dealt with 3 computer repair establishments and this was by far the best experience of the 3. Kevin was great to talk to and took time with us, without belittling us for our lack of knowledge. He was professional and gave us advice about our being hacked. His price was very reasonable and fair. He finished the work and got the computer back to us the same day. There needs to be more people and businesses like this!

Can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Very trustworthy! They've fixed my laptop many times and spent time on the phone giving advice to help me fix it so I didn't have to bring it in. I'm in the office now and he dropped everything to help me. Prices are reasonable. Give Kaylee's your computer you won't be sorry.

Super friendly and very efficient staff! I brought a laptop for work to a competitor at first and they quoted me roughly 4 days for the whole repair, but after 4 days they hadn't even looked at the laptop. I went to Kaylee and they immediately started getting to work on it and got it fixed as fast as possible. A great group of guys who I will HIGHLY recommend. Owner was very friendly and I believe he gave me a very fair price.
