I help people deal with their computer headaches. Most of my clients enjoy using their computers. Occasionally they encounter serious difficulties (virus, crash, pop-up plague), which interfere with their normal pursuits.

John's Computer Maintenance is dedicated to serving the computing needs of small businesses and residences by providing the necessary information and carrying out their projects as if they had John's experience and knowledge. John's clientele is about 50% small business with the balance residential.
Of course he is willing to travel, with paid travel occurring about an hour from his office. Appointments are typically morning, afternoon, and evening weekdays with a smattering of Saturdays. He does what it takes to meet his customer's needs. If the necessary service is outside John's spectrum (example: web page construction), he usually has someone who he can recommend.
