Joe provided excellent service when my computer was potentially hacked. I was on a time deadline as I needed my computer back and he expedited his service. He called me within an hour of my dropping the computer off with the initial report and then finished the cleaning by 9 am on Monday morning. What a relief to know that my computer was safe and no real damage/theft occurred. He was very professional and understood my concern right away. Thank you Joe.

Jaydien Network Solutions is top notch! Their customer service is amazing and they really know their stuff. Jaydien has always been great to deal with. Most recent experience with technician Morgan was simply fabulous. Called for repair and he was here within the hour, took the computer for repair, fixed everything and brought it back same day. Best of all he explained everything in detail in language we could understand and the price was better than expected.
