ITS was launched late in 2003 by the original three partners Mark Holt, Rob McIntyre, and Jason Burch. They believed, as we still do today, in being fair to our customers and fair to ourselves as we provide solutions and service. Early in 2004, we moved to our current location on Greenbag Road and DJ Sheets joined as our fourth partner.

Dealing with them in hard drives. Communication was very poor. Told to come by the shop multiple times, when they didn't have what was said. Waste of time. Find somewhere more knowledgeable.

Professional and pleasant experience compared to other computer repair shops I visited in Morgantown. They are fair, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. I would absolutely take my electronics here in the future.
