I own a busy video rental store here in Jackson and Jason has done an outstanding job setting up my network as well as replacing some burnt out workstations we had. He was quick and friendly and worked around my business schedule and customer flow. He is not satisfied unless things are running perfectly and often checks in to make sure things are ok.
Since he has fixed our problems we have been running smoothly! He even set up an automated backup system so in the even of another computer crash we can have our data backed up and be able to get our system back up and running in literally 10 minutes. We have not needed this yet but it's good to know it's there if we ever do. Highly recommended!
