Never do business with Adam. I knew him through a friend so I trusted him to pick up my computer, also, just like the ads say he will do. I never received my computer back. He never returned my phone calls. It was a brand new computer worth 800.00. I took him to small claims, he never showed up. I only wanted 100.00 for the computer so I could sell it for parts, I didn't even want how much I paid for it, he now owes me over 300 because of court fees. He told the judge he was broke and had no job, even when I saw his website online that he is running his own business. My friend brought her two Ipods to him and he stole them as well. He is a thief. I later found my computer parts for sale on his internet site.

Horrible Service, does not pick up phone or return calls after servcie.
Never returns calls. When I finally call under a different number, he tells me that he's so busy and then I don't hear from him ever again. He modded my Wii once and then 2 days later it failed. NEVER DO SERVICE WITH ADAM PRISTEL!!! You get what you pay for!!

Won't return calls; still has my laptop
I too left a computer for repair back in December and after getting an update or two into January have not heard a word about my computer and messages left have not been returned. What started out as a good experience has turned into a real mess. I want my computer back!

I had brought my laptop in over 2 months ago and the guy fell off the face of the earth, he still has my laptop, doesn't return phone calls and is never at his shop.

Pretty sure Cyberworks said over $100 for what issues I have. Called this place and paid $30.

Never again will I use the big name places. Super job and it was super quick...I'm talking same day.

quick, good price.
no store front, not a big deal though.
Had a few laptops that needed cleaning up, dropped them off and had them back 2 days later in great working order. Will keep this on as my guru.
