We will provide you with a code that allows us to connect to your computer. We will be on the phone with you to guide you as the connection begins. Billable time does not start until the connection is made. While we are working, you can watch what we do and ask us questions on the phone if you like. For your safety and security, we use Quick Assist for all remote desktop sessions which are fully encrypted with TLS 1.2.
Most software problems are fixed with a computer tune-up. Sometimes it is necessary to perform other services to get to the point of doing a tune-up. In most cases, only one or two services are needed for a full repair job to be completed. Fixes certain problems, such as missing or damaged system files, that might prevent Windows from starting correctly.

We were looking for a way to upgrade an 4 year old pc notebook to handle the high demands of video editing. We thought about buying a used mac and even looked at the prices of new ones but settled eventually on upgrading the pc with new ram and hard drive. As an avid do it yourselfer I looked up all the parts and tools needed and was ready to dive in.
By chance I called Melvin for some advice and his price was so competitive I couldn't really pass on having a professional do it. He had our computer for 24hours and now our laptop is screaming and processing 2k video with out any glitches. Melvin was also extremely courteous and helpful. And it's nice to meet someone who actually provides awesome prompt customer service. Thanks dude!

My 10 years old desktop crashed without a recent backup. +5,400 emails, over 10,000 music files, 10 years of pictures, multiple documents. I am NOT a computer queen, but was able to get the assistance I needed from Melvin to get the job done. He was pleasant, polite and patient even though I had lots of questions and sometimes the same questions over and over.
