I’m so happy I found him. Especially since I have 3 kids and a husband who have tendencies to break stuff! Haha! My daughter broke the LCD screen on her MacBook Pro. Mike gave me such reasonable pricing I wanted to cry because From what Apple was charging, I could’ve bought a whole new MacBook! Mike kept me up to date and once the product was done, he even met me in Smyrna to give back my fixed MacBook.

I HIGHLY recommend Mike to anyone who has issues with their phones, iPads, computers, etc. Mike, I’m sure we will be in touch again soon. My two younger kids just got laptops. Oye vey! I’ll keep your number on speed dial. Haha! PS! I recognize that MacBook on your cover page.

From the initial contact, Mike was friendly, professional and prompt. My knowledge of computer is minimal at best. He could have told me my unit needed almost anything and I would have not known the difference. Honest, kind, reasonable and easy to communicate with=exceptional customer service. Highly recommend him!

I had my charge port for my Galaxy S4 replaced and it only took a few minutes to do. Thanks for everything, the charge port works and it was not expensive to have it installed either. Customer service was awesome.

Really appreciate Mike! He came to our home to pick up our laptop and had it repaired and back to us in two days! Completely professional and such a nice guy! Highly recommend him! My husband is disabled and needed his computer running efficiently as that's one of the few enjoyments he has left in his life. He's one happy guy this morning!

Mike was amazingly helpful, and had a fix for any issue I mentioned to him. His prices were far less than several kiosks and his work was extremely quick. I would highly recommend him to anyone have tech issues. And lastly, he's just really a very nice man which make interacting with him very pleasant. Great work Mike!!! Thank you again.
