To be honest, I was a little uncomfortable/ skeptical at first of having you come out to my house to help me. I've come across other so called Geeks who quote one price, charge another, and leave the job unfinished and make you feel like a total idiot. However, the Geek you sent out (Mr. King), was very professional, curteous, fixed my problem and charged me what was quoted over the phone ($80.00), even though we spent a little more time than what was anticipated. We also got to chatting a bit while he was repairing the computer and I found out that he was a veteran of the Marine Corps as I am myself. He definately made me feel a lot more comfortable about calling for help again. Great Job guys/ gals!
