GEEK Housecalls - Burlington, MA

For the past two years, I have used one of the Geek Housecall technicians, Charlie, and he has been wonderful.

He solved an Outlook problem I'd had that no one else could fix. He caught a dying hard drive before it crashed on me, saving me a lot of heartache and allowing me to stretch out the life of my laptop. When I just bought a new computer, he helped me set it up with all my professional software, and he helped me figure out a crashing problem that was due to incompatible equipment. Once he fixes the problem I have, he also tunes up the computer in various ways to make it work that much better.

I depend on him completely and truly appreciate that he does this difficult work. Their fees are not low, but for me, it's been worth it.
