Worst customer service and tech experience I have ever had. I went there to purchase Norton Internet Security, and the Geek Squad talked me out of it, and convinced me to purchase two other programs. I put the software on 3 computers. It immediately destroyed the operating system of all three computers. When I went back to the store, the same guy said, "oh way it's been doing that." When I pointed out that he told me it was the best, he responded, "it is the best." The best part is that they wouldn't return software because they don't take returns on software.

At the same time this is happening, a friend of mine is in the other line complaining because he bought a new computer there, and they convinced him to update everything - better graphics cars etc. When he got the computer home it didn't work, and because they updated it, they told him the warranty was voided, and he would need to pay for them to fix the damage they created. We both will never shop there again. They don't appreciate their customers; they don't understand their customers, and they don't deserve to have customers.

Cheat, charge me $150 without doing anything on my laptop. Never come to them for help.

I called in the evening to schedule an appointment and spoke with a very pleasant woman who scheduled me for the next day! I was very pleased at that point. Come the next day however, the appointment time came and went with no tech and no contact. About a half hour after the appointment time I get a call from the tech saying he won't be able to make it and wanting to reschedule.

When I called the main line to express my displeasure as I had changed plans to allow for the appointment, I was offered a curt appology and a discount if I rescheduled. When I expressed my hesitation to do so I was summarily dismissed.

I brought my laptop to them when the fan broke, turns out I had had a nasty, sneaky trojan lurking my hard drive too. I know I could have brought it to a ton of people who never would have bothered checking my laptop of virus's.
