Our offerings are computer repairs (virus, spyware, malware removals, various hardware issues, etc.), networking (new and existing home & business networks), remote management, WiFi installations, and much more. For our business customers, we offer service contracts to maintain all systems related to their network, including computers, firewalls, switches, WiFi, and software.

Gans Media was founded in 2003 with the goal to offer computer services with honesty at the core. Over the course of many years, we would see other service providers take advantage of customers possibly not possessing knowledge of a topic and exploited it for their gain. In the IT industry, one may request to have services performed or purchase items that are needed, but sometimes advised to purchase or have other services performed that are unnecessary, just to drive the customer's bill up.We strive to be different.
Upgrades - Take your older PC and get it updated for cheap! Just because your machine isn't brand new doesn't mean you have to get rid of it. Let us look at it and see if memory, video card, hard drive, and or a faster processor can be added. Repairs - If your machine has a problem that you just can't fix we can take a look at it and tell you what might be the problem.

Acting as your IT department, we can assist in implication of company policies within your network, perform maintenance and monitor your network and devices, and ensure your business' needs are met all without worrying about your technology. I was on a hunt for a great retro game store with fair deals, great customer support, and a big selection. This place was all 3! I spoke with a lady on the phone about a gamecube ( which they had 1 left ) and I had to check the store out asap! The Store was amazing! the owner was super nice and did everything to help me out and get me setup with a gamecube and other accessories for very fair prices! Don't sleep on this store this is a must go to spot!

Very polite and professional! I was referred to this company by a trusted individual and I am forever grateful! Jonathan was able to come to my business the same day I called and get me back on the internet for my customers within minutes of his arrival. We are planing to upgrade our devices with him as well. He emailed us very clear and fair pricing options after his visit.
I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to everyone. We have tried a few other places before finding him but we were never satisfied with the outcome or the individual.

I dropped a UPS package off today and Adrian(I believe was her name) helped me. I shared with her something about our families Covid lock down experience and this young lady was so appreciative that I came into handle our UPS business and so attentive to what I was saying I am so impressed by her care and professionalism. Our family will be returning to do business at Gans. Great local Hopatcong experience. Thank you.

The service at this place is amazing. People are incredibly kind here and they sell a lot of retro games. The prices are extremely reasonable and they know a lot about PC's, Every time I've brought something in they've diagnosed, fixed, and had it ready to be picked up in about 3-4 business days. If you need a repair, just walk into their shop.

This isn't just a retro shop with computer repair. With a UPS dropoff, computer services, a retro-gaming center with extremely cheap prices, and amazing staff, this place goes beyond my expectations. Gans Media offers retro-games and computer repair services. The retro-game shopping went beyond what I imagined earlier. It has games and controllers for almost every console. But, however, I came for computer repair.
For some odd reason, when I tried to start up my PC, nothing happened. Upon handing it over to Gans, I received a response in about 2 days. I was expecting that it would've been gone because I expected 2 days to be too long. But no, I was proven wrong upon being told that my motherboard had unexpectedly died and that they would replace it for a total of $195 and I would be getting a medium-quality motherboard.
I accepted as that seemed reasonable. About a day later I was told it was ready for pickup! I arrived, picked it up, paid (no hidden charges) and it booted up. Things felt smoother and when I checked my files, they were still on there and it seemed none of them were altered. Considering I can barely find a good computer service place around here, this place is for everyone.

They're nice, they clean, they sell everything retro, and they will do a full diagnosis of your computer when you bring it in. they find the exact issue and they fix it for a very cheap price and they do it fast. they don't touch anything on your computer unless it needs to be fixed. quick access shows that they don't search your files either. great place, i'd recommend to anyone

I recommend Gans Media for all technology issues. They have repaired several desktop and laptop computers for me and members of my family. They are quicker and less expensive than competitors. They also have some equipment and accessories for sale in their shop. And if they don't have it, they can order it. They have a retro gaming section that my son likes. And they now act as a UPS drop off point, so you don't need to drive to Ledgewood for a simple drop off. I definitely recommend them!

Awesome computer repair service. Not only can you buy controllers, consoles, monitors, computers, and more, but you can come in with technology that needs a repair and they will quickly repair your device cheaper than the manufacturer has to repair it. They are willing to give you extra options to help you. Once we brought in a computer with a blown motherboard. They were willing to safely dispose of the computer or buy a new motherboard for a higher price. Amazing place.

Not opening on time is one thing. Not opening on time every day is another. Been trying to grab my package from them, but as you can see, 9am does not mean nine am. When I finally got my package, the woman was rude and seemed annoyed that she had to grab my package. She blamed the weather on late openings, but today is 45 degrees, roads clear. Suffice it to say that the business she could have gotten from me (my fiance and I are both into old games and had no clue this store was near us) will not happen.
