Best I.T. service in El Paso. So patient with professionals who are not tech-savvy. Thanks Hugo. My law office is better because of you!

The tech explained the issue with concisely and in terms I could understand. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Drop off to pickup = 14 hours and the price was great... Highly recommend!

I went to Best Buy and I went to Office Depot looking for help with an adware virus that I couldn't remove. I was quoted between $160-$250 to attempt to fix it; if you already went there you know who charged what and neither one could guarentee it to be fixed. Firewire fixed it for $75! And by the way, it was complete in 2 hours! I will never use another computer expert. If you need more convincing, I seen computers setting in his office that one of those named companies sent to him to fix for them!

Just wanted to write my 2 cents and although I did not get my Laptop serviced. I still wanted to leave a quick review. I didn't want to sign up for an account, so here it goes. Made an appointment to have my computer looked at and get a quote on repairing it since it wasn't turning on. I was budgeting for this repair and I had saved $300 just for this.

Anything more and I would just buy a new PC. After I dropped it off, I gave them a call about 2 hours later I was about to call to check on it but they beat me and called me first. Long story short. Motherboard was dead and needed to be replaced, not repaired. Ended up not doing it since it was going to be more and the thing that surprised me was they had the same recommendation to not fix it. I thought it was odd to not want to make a sale, but they were honest and didn't treat me like a complete fool even as a woman.

Not much to say other than they're the best priced around town. I shopped around and came down to 2 places. The other was a bit closer and I mostly wanted to see if the reviews were true. True indeed. Thank you.

I bought a new computer for my mother with windows 8 and she had a fit with it. I had already heard enough about windows 8 but I sure didn't want to pay the money for a mac and finding a new system with windows 7 wasn't as easy as i thought, I found them through the BBB which I'm a member and they came and took a look and suggested several options. I though the service charge was on the higher end but I'll definitely pay for better service.

I accidentally broke the screen on my laptop and I thought about ordering it and have our IT guy install it but when he said he had never done one I started calling places. The screen came and we made an appointment out our businesses for Firewire to come and install it. about an hour later (and $75.00 later) the screen was back to new( no fingerprints or spit on it) the technician did say he could do it in house for $55.00 but we rather have it done at our office since we have important data on my laptop.

It wasnt a computer repair per se but more of a component repair on an Xbox, The little plug which connects to the power failed after about a year. We found the part online and wanted to have someone replace it for u to save money. Not everyone wanted to do it. Well one did for $99.00 which defeats the purpose of trying to stay cheap. We called FireWire and he gladly took on the challenge.

About 30 minutes later, he called with the good news and for 45 we got it fixed, it wasnt exactly cheap but it was done very professional. Despite the fact he works out of his home. His attitude reminds me of the old skilled professional from a different age. You don't see very many of them these days. Thank You!

I had read these reviews so I thought I'll give them a call and try to get the free diagnostic they advertise, after a few hours I received a call with different options of service and I rather take care of things than leaving them half way. Full service for $75.00 now that's something even my wallet can handle. I thought I'd try it out for a few weeks but then I forgot to come back and so far it's been about two months and everything is till working better than ever, I'm impressed someone can take the time to do things right.

I took my laptop with a broken power jack for repair, left it for a couple of hours then I received a call with an update and a full amount to fix it. Unfortunately it was more than i had budgeted and the technician had the same advice. It was cheaper to buy a new one than to fix this one. Not what I wanted to hear but at least he was honest and I'm glad he was helpful. They didn't charge me a diagnostic fee even though I insisted. Will happily recommend them to Friends and family.

As always seems to be the case, computer problems happen at the exact time that they are most unwanted. Today, Dec. 23, was one of those times. And, I'm one of those users who needs his laptop for work rather than for personal diversion and at the same time, I'm one who knows very little about how to resolve issues with them. I phoned Hugo Martinez, who was referred to me by a neighbor and trusted friend.

He spent over two hours on this snowy afternoon guiding me through the process of ridding my laptop of a Trojan Virus which infected my computer as it tried to sell me a security program to fix the problem it had caused. Thanks to Hugo's expertise and kindness, I can celebrate Christmas without having this problem hanging over my head "to be dealt with later." I will gladly refer anyone who has issues with their systems to him without a second thought.

Thanks, so much, Hugo! It's great to know that you are there so willing to help. I truly appreciate your coming to the rescue.

Computer got infected.... didn't want to lose all my school stuff. I though I removed the virus but then it wouldnt boot up to windows anymore so I called Fire Wire and they were able to fix it by the next day and removed a few more infected files without losing my stuff.

Stepped on my personal laptop, broke the screen and keyboard. Took it to several places on base. Didn't think it was going to be over $200 but they wanted $420 upfront. Called Firewire and was given an estimate with military discount for $180, so far the best and cheapest I had received. Went through and everything is back to normal.

I am currently serving in the U.S. Army and getting ready for Afghanistan. My laptop broke a few days ago and Im from California so I had no way of going somewhere to get it fixed. But thanks to Firewire it was no problem, He picked it up from the training site out at Mcgregor(Chaparral, NM) and fixed it the same day he received the parts and returned it. Quick, and simple. Easily saved me $200 or more and was very friendly and professional. Now i have my laptop for Afghanistan. Thank you so much!

My laptop hard drive failed but they were able to recover most of my stuff which was great. Great and fast service! Definitely will be going to them for any other computer problems.

I worked with Mr. Martinez and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and up front with me. He instantly gave me a quote for repairing my cracked HP screen on my laptop (132.99 + 55$ labor - specific to my computer, others may be cheaper or more expensive) and I had it repaired and back in my hands within four days. He put a rush on the order for me because I was moving to another city and needed it fixed ASAP.

I used the inquiry tab on their website to request the quote and it was the best price of any place I had checked (Best Buy was going to charge about $300 and take at least two weeks to get it fixed and Laptop City was just plain rude and unhelpful). He came and picked it up from me at my house (free of charge) and returned it to me 3 days later fully repaired (also free of charge).

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I was a little skeptical at first because it was a small business and I would've had to travel to half an hour (or more) to get to them but it really turned out to be the best place to work with. If location is a problem remember they come to you! I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family members and if I have any other problems I will go to these guys!

I had an issue with two of our laptops because they couldn't access the internet so after hours on the phone with comcast and HP they told me the problem was my computers so I took it to Compusa during my lunch hour and after they told me how much they charged for the diagnostic I decided I better keep looking, gave these guys a call, they told me they'd have to take it, fix it and bring it back which I didn't really want to do because I just don't trust people.

So after much deliberation I agreed. They took it, next day they delivered them and now I am happy and I feel kinda guilty I was mean to them so here I am writing a review. They only charged me 10 dollars more than the diagnostic at Compusa. I finally found my computer repair place. I'm telling my mom and my brothers about them. I recommend them and so far everything is working even better than before. Thanks once again. Hector

I own a mid size auto repair shop and we've been wanting to integrate computers into our shop for a long time so finally this month we got a complete network installed by them. So far everything is working good except we couldn't use our old printer anymore so we had to buy a new one for everyone to share. Highly recommended, for my business and personal use.

My 2 year old pulled some letters from the keyboard and I wasn't able to use my computer anymore. I thought about doing it myself but once I opened it I realized how complicated it was so I called several places until I found them, the technician was able to get the part the next day and put everything back together. Good job!! Thanks you!!!
