The owner went above and beyond to help me. I had a dell laptop that was under warranty, and had a faulty video card. After many weeks of trying to get the work done, I called up Fine PC. They gave a full diagnostic and provided both the details and a letter of authorization for repair to Dell. I was not charged for the service until Dell reimbursed the warranty work. This was all done after-hours, so I didn't have to skip work to get it done. Very Satisfied.
