Fast Rhino PC Paramedic

I was having trouble getting software update for my MacBook Air which was making longing on to my secure business network not very efficient. Shari suggested I come that afternoon and helped me then Merlin finished the job up and presto I was working like a charm. Very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, professional in their guidance and advice. Looking for a reason to go back.

I was lucky enough to pull up an excellent computer repair show, Fast Rhino. I have an older Dell desktop computer that keeps resetting the Windows password every year around the same time and it is never online. So for the past 3 years, I have gone to "U Break, I Fix" in Goodyear, AZ. They charge me $99.00 each year for the same thing. It happened again this year so I dropped it off in Mesa at "U Break, I Fix".

After 3 weeks, I went to pick it up and they never got to it, didn't call me, and already charged me. I took the computer back home and looked up Fast Rhino. I went into their store and Merlin took the time to take care of my problem right then and there and only charge me $29.00! I couldn't be happier that I found them. I would suggest anyone who is having issues with their computers to go to Fast Rhino. Fast and very reasonable! Thank you Fast Rhino!

I brought an old HP laptop to Best Buy to ask the Geek Squad how to get it running. After checking it out the tech said it was too old and should just get thrown out. I took it to Fast Rhino. They simply removed the battery and told me to use it plugged in. It has been working fine. No problems. Does Best Buy even know what a battery is?

I recently had to have my Macbook cleaned since I was behind in my updates, so I was looking for a local business to get this done. I went by Best Buy first and since the price was pretty high I decided to shop around. I called Fast Rhino spoke with Merlin who was very helpful. He tried to help me over the phone but I still had difficulties so I drop the computer off.

My 85 yr young father's computer was scammed so he needed a good PC scrub to make safe from trusted local brick and mortar repair service. Fast Rhino picked up and delivered the cleaned PC in less than 3 days. The end to end service and quick turnaround far exceeded my expectations. Fast Rhino tech installed new verified virus and malware software, and went as far as helping him change all his important account passwords. Really nice folks and great customer service. They did exactly what was needed in this PC emergency.

Have relied on this company for 3 years and been very satisfied every time I have had a problem.

I was having problems with my laptop and took it into Fast Rhino, they diagnosed it as having some kind of virus that they could not get rid of however my hard drive was failing so the virus was not an issue any more and I needed a new computer. They evaluated my needs and purchased a new computer at a great price. They transferred everything over from my old computer but the virus. Merlin delivered the computer and spent 2 house helping get everything set up and running.

Since then I have had some questions and problems which he has been more than willing to help me. Merlin, Sherry and the entire staff are great to work with in addition to them being very competent in diagnosing and fixing any problems. They are great to work with and I highly recommend them. Just moved to this area and needed help transferring data from older iMac to MacBook Pro. Called and they were helpful and I decided to take both mine and my daughters in. What a friendly, professional staff, especially Sam, the greeter! There was an issue with mine and they worked around it. Today we have our laptops all ready to go. I've been a Fast Rhino customer for years and I've always had a great experience. They are prompt, well equiped & make house calls. Their staff is courteous & professional and know all about computers, e-mail & propblems & repairs. I have also purchased several computers from them and they all work great. My printer was printing images that were dark and muddy. Photoshop was telling me my embedded color profile did not match my workng space. Images were blurry on my screen after re-sizing in Photoshop. Fast Rhino was able to come to my house within days of my call, Sheri sent me web info and provided phone support. Merlin came and after some time needed to get used to both me and my computer set-up, he was able to reslove my problem, which was a great relief.

The cost is comparable to other companies, and the customer service is excellent. I worked with a lot of computer techs at my last job, so I am fussy. I am spoiled, so I am giving three stars for Good Work. I may revise higher in future.
