Horrible with communicating. Have done a few pick-ups for us, but won't work with them any longer. Won't reply to emails, no one ever picks up the phone, and all extensions seem to go to the same two people's voicemails. Most recent pickup was months ago, can't get our inventory or certificates. Unacceptable. Have to assume they went out of business, so don't bother working with them.
