This place is awful! They had my computer for weeks, never called me with a diagnosis, then when I finally called in to find out what was going on they lied and said they had been leaving me messages! But they couldn't teel me what they said in the messages, and when I said, "OK, what is wrong with my computer", the guy Dave replied "I don't remember, I'll have to put it back on the bench and give you a call. I knew he was lying, but I said OK, call me.
Two days later I get a call from Dave telling me my computer needs three hours of work, total of $264, or I can not do the work and pay him $50 for a "diagnostic fee". This place is ridiculous, a rip-off emporium! Needless to say I didn't get the work done, went to the store and told him there was no way I was paying $50, and that if he didn't give me my computer I would call the police. Needless to say I got my computer back, took it to a new place that just opened up in Branford, and got it fixed perfect for half the cost of what Enterprise said. AVOID ENTERPRISE COMPUTER!
