Call out to Business or Residential: $30.00 (up to 60 miles one way).
Remote Connection Services: $50.00 per hour with 1 hr minimum.
We handle all shop work on a first come first serve basis to the best of our ability. All prices are subject to change and we do our best to notify and post any intentions of prices changes to clients.

Important note about ROOTKITS: Root is a UNIX/ Linux term that's the equivalent of Administrator in Windows and the word kit denotes programs that allow someone to obtain root/admin-level access to the computer by executing the programs in the kit - all of which is done without end-user consent or knowledge. The problem with these is that **you can NEVER be sure they've been removed. Albeit more labor-intensive, using a bootable CD, such as BartPE, with an antivirus scanner will increase the chances of detecting a rootkit, simply because rootkits can, t obscure their tracks when they aren't running. **The fact is that the only way to know for sure is to have a clean Operating System install on the computer.
