This is a great place to go to for all your computer needs. We purchased two from them. They help you get a good deal on just what you need and get it up and running for you. They also have an amazing remote access program they install that they can use to fix many issues quickly without a trip to the shop. Like many of us I have run into my fair share of computer problems. From the blue screen of death to operating system not found to cracked screens. I came to Empire PC because my old laptop would no longer work and I wanted to recover old photographs from my hard drive. The young gentleman who owns the place was amicable and seemed like he knew what he was talking about.
It turns out that only did he seem like he knew what he was talking about, he really did know because he was able to successfully recover all of my old photographs from a hard drive that wouldn't function properly! I have to say that I was extremely happy with the service I received, Everything was explained to me in complete detail, and the service was completed in a timely matter.
I also had my computer screen which was cracked fixed and repaired here. The costs are relatively affordable, much less than I had anticipated. If you or someone you know has run into an issue with their PC I highly recommend that you give this place a chance to earn your business.

I have been going to Empire PC and Repair for years and have always had the best quality service. The guys really try to show you what was going wrong with your PC, laptop or technical equipment before returning it to you. My last repair they were able to fix my keyboard on my laptop by removing a random screw that wasn't even part of the computer. They didn't even charge me for the simple repair!

What i do not understand is this, I took my PC in knowing some of the things it most likely needed, New windows Platform as in Windows 7 or 8 etc. Also Possible drivers for the Motherboard and On Board Integrated HD Graphics and Driver components for BIOS updates.( I could've just fixed it myself but wanted to Pay for the **Convenience**) After taking it in they did stress tests on the PC, Which they said resulted in a bad Power Supply even though the PC and its power supply powered up JUST FINE before i took it in (Sabotaged) Ran the stress test hard to short out the Power supply or possibly by other means. Did i break it? NO.
So then i am told it needs a new power supply therefore i have them put a new one in THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR. Call. PC is ready, bring it home.it is in the same state it was when i brought it in except with a new power supply!.So i take it back in they have it for a good 7 days saying tests were being ran etc. Proceeds to tell me that i can only use one stick of RAM at a time to not have the PC have the same problems.
After getting it back home and doing my own COMMON SENSE "Diagnostics". I had the Desktop up and running with both sticks of RAM and i Updated the BIOS which was never even looked at obviously. Then i just increased the amount of voltage going to the RAM-slots by +0.06v. and have not had a problem since. So, when i brought my PC in they just held onto it. Committed a crime, The money they got from me was basically for storage of a small desktop. Yeah was outrageous.

Great customer service and work done by Patrick. Very friendly, knowledgable, and honest personnel here. This is the place to take any computer when it is nonfunctional. Along with drop-off service, they also offer in-home service and remote troubleshooting. Prices are very fair. Definitely recommend!
