First Rate Service - Fast and Honest. I turned on my computer one morning and was greeted with the smell of fried electronics and a machine that wouldn't start up. After looking around on the web for a repair place in the area I came across ECS, and their glowing reviews elsewhere, and decided to give them a try (having past experiences with Comp USA and Best Buy). I'm very happy I did. The work was done quickly and at a very fair price. Charlie was quick in diagnosing the problem, honest about was wrong (fried motherboard) and was able to give us a copy of the hard drive - all for a very fair price. I would recommend ECS to anyone and everyone who's having problems with a computer requiring service. I can't say enough good things about them.
