E-Z Digital Solutions was founded as a family owned computer repair business in New London, Wisconsin. It was formed on the principle of catering to individual person, and small business needs, as opposed to broad based initiatives, such as with Best Buy's Geek Squad.

In order to aim towards providing customers with the best possible service, we combine high quality in-home service, from their over 40 years of combined experience, together with providing those services at a flat, low cost rate, all available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We would go into the damaged computer, harvest the important files, and download them onto the rental unit, equipped with the full Microsoft Office suite, as well as internet ready. This way, while the damaged components are being replaced, the customer would be able to continue working on their project.

The service then branched out to offer systems for use to people who don't own computers, but may temporarily need one, for such reasons as giving presentations, resume building, etc.
