Bought five tickets through Festicket the 16th of June for Amnesia Ibiza Elrow 2nd July. I have not received a confirmation email or any tickets. - I paid with Apple Pay and no emails were received to the email address linked to that account. - I've logged in to Festicket's app but no tickets can be found there. It's like I never bought them, there's no information or anything available. - I've tried contacting Festicket through email, Instagram, twitter and the websites "Contact Us" section.

The website has a bug and the contacting request CANNOT be sent. We are anxious and so angry to the point we are considering contacting a lawyer if there's no answer. This has started to feel like a scam more than a fun trip to Amnesia Ibiza. Thankfully I took screenshots of the purchase (I wouldn't even know the reference number without them). This has been by far the worse ticketing/festival experience EVER.

I attended the Secret Project Festival 2022 in Portugal and loaded 500 onto my cashless wristband with circa 81 remaining at the end of the festival. Now begins the fun of trying to get a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service, they NEVER posted a link on their website to apply for a refund and then emailed me in response to my query AFTER the alleged deadline to make a refund application.

Absolute joke of an organisation. Get your concert / festival tickets from another more reputable organisation and absolutely avoid using the cashless wristband service. Fraudulent service - take your money and don't provide an opportunity to get a refund. Make it as hard / difficult / impossible to do so

Whoever wrote those reviews are lying. I have been trying to get in touch with Festicket through their submit a form as there is no other way to contact them yet they keep failing to fix my issue. I have a festival in one week Afronation and my upgrade ticket #2848480 is still missing on the phone app and I only have one showing on my account desktop the other is not working which is my ticket.

I have emailed 10 times all I get is an automated message. I am truly fed up with this i won't have access to the festival if they don't fix my account yet they aren't doing anything whatsoever about it! So many complaints and they apparently have 4 star review. What a joke! I don't advice you to book with them and just book with another vendor or directly with the event itself. As their customer service is 0 and refunds zero too. Still waiting for my Vestiville refund from 2019.

Four days to go to the event. no tickets and no activation email. I downloaded all the apps, my tickets are confirmed, my receipt is there, payment is confirmed, but I can not access the tickets. Customer service is automated and keeps telling my my tickets will be available by 17th June. Today is 20th June. No phone number. No email address. Help!

Not sure what's the best rating for this company. Our event was postponed due to Covid, so far so good. But, after ten support tickets without any feedback or help we got our entry tickets right the day before the event. Thought time to book a flight and a hotel room. The eventdate was clear a few weeks earlier. Currently we are still waiting for our money for the hotel room that was initially in the booked package but was not transferable over the two years.

Terrible customer service. Unresponsive and when they do respond you are simply directed the the FAQ page instead of replying to the actual question. Bought tickets for a festival and on their app it says that they will be available at least 5(!) days before the festival. It is now 4 days to the festival and no ticket yet. Because my ticket has been activated I have also lost the option to send it to someone else or to try and sell it through one of the trusted ticket re-selling platforms. After a period of back and forth, received my funds back after purchasing tickets of an event that got canceled due to covid. Great result that the money was refunded, the proces towards it could have been better. I had to chase and ask over and over again before this result was achieved. 4 stars was a bit much as I would rate that as a good experience, this was a hassle.

Almost 3 years later and I never got VESTIVILLE 2019 refund. No one got back to me and everytime I try contact for my refund I get the same answer from 2 years ago "The case is still ongoing"! People that bought their ticket from other plateforms received their refund just couple days after the event was cancelled last minute. The service is really disappointing and will most likely not buy from them again or recommend! GOOD LUCK

Festicket Teams & Support is always on point for customers request or problem, on all of my purchases, i need to contact the helpdesk for several questions, or incomes with my orders (Refunds, Tickets delay, Accomodations Problem, .), and they're always reactive, nice, and patient. To be honest, all of my interogations were solved very quickly, and that's a very great point, i'll recommand Festicket to any person who wants to go on festival, or concert, without worries.

I bought my Tomorrowland 2019 ticket with camping through Festicket. It was very efficient, smooth and I appreciated being able to divide the payment over a few months. It was easy to pick up my bracelet once I got to Belgium, and any questions I had beforehand were answered quickly after contacting them.

Still waiting on my refund contact the festicket since the end of july regarding to my refund. I received the form to be filled by the 15 of July unfortunately I didn't fill the form on time because I was hospitalized I contacted afronation and they told me to contact festicket I did but so far didn't get my situation sorted still waiting on my refund did get a response saying I was going to get it by the end of September them another email saying to wait 7 to 10 days still waiting.

I change more them 10 emails since the end of july and up to now didn't get no more response will get legal advice to see if they can help me money I'm very disappointed with all this situation.

Customer service is non existent. I'm sure they're struggling with Covid cancellations but they could at least acknowledge your emails. I managed to get my money back but via my credit card.

I never thought I would have to write this review. I brought my Afro nation ticket and as it was cancelled I filled in the form for my refund. This was start of July There was no response for more than a month. Because of this I raised a dispute with my bank in which Afro nation customer service told me to cancel or else my refund won't be processed. so I did this and the chargeback was cancelled by my bank on the 31st of August.

I thought I would receive my refund on the 13th of September as promised but they have literally ignored every single email I have sent their way to look into why it has taken so long. It should not take more than 3 months for someone refund to be processed. More importantly I raised concerns regards being a foster care leaver and having to take care of myself and the fact that o was struggling abs processing 247 would help me tremendously.

I would not trust this company/ service anymore as I do not think they have best interest for the customer rather just money. I am still awaiting to hear from them and if I don't I am going to be uploading every form of evidence I have to show this poor service.

The worst customer service I have come across absolutely disgusting. No phone number nobody answering my emails at least eight of them. When asked to choose what festival for making a complaint, it's near impossible to find it as they are not alphabetical order and you can not type name of festival. There are hundreds to choose from. I paid well over 130 for my VVIP ticket and insurance for beautiful people festivalsz.

There was absolutely no security separating the VVIP and standard. People with standard tickets were just walking through they had only three toilets that were absolutely disgusting, no toilet paper and long queues leaving me having to go to standard. The same thing happened to me in Southport weekender festival 2019 of which I complained and I was assured it would never happen again.

I have been totally ripped off I did not get what I paid for. I was told by a staff member that I was silly buying VIP ticket as no one ever takes any notice and it's a waste of money

I bought multiple tickets in September 2020 for events that never took place due to COVID. I never received any email stating that these events were being rescheduled or offering a refund of any sorts. I tried to contact the sellers for months and received no answer. When I finally got a response I was told that I was unable to receive a refund as the 'refund window' had closed.

As I was never offered a refund or contacted again regarding those events I am extremely confused as to how the 'refund window' had closed. When I pointed this out to the representative that I was conversing with I received no answer from then. A complete scam. I would most definitely not recommend using this website as a means to buy any tickets for events. - In response to the reply from the owner: I was never contacted once regarding any kind of refund/transfer from your company.

I was also never contacted by your colleagues offering a name change as I never requested a name change for these specific tickets that I purchased. Like I mentioned previously, the events I had tickets for never happened and I was never contacted about a resechedule or refund. I bought the tickets from EventGenius which is directly linked to Festicket. I'd be happy to discuss this further over email where I can provide evidence of the things that I am stating here.

Booked tickets and camping for Nos Alive 2017 through Festicket and had an absolutely fantastic experience. They kept me updated regularly with information on everything from when my tickets would arrive and locations to the line up and transport. I would not hesitate to recommend and am hoping to book again in the future
