At the help desk they quickly escalate the issue if they are not able to figure it out. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. I enjoy them teaching me how to do things not just fix them. This helps me trouble shoot. I know our company is thankful for this partnership.

I also like that Imagine IT asks us to give feedback on every ticket. It can be a lot to fill them out but I know they care and strive to be better. They are very good at listening to us and work to get a solution even if it takes time. Thank you for everything you do!
