We live in the lake sherwood westalake village area and were looking for an onsite computer service. A friend recommended DrPC computer repair and IT services, so we called an made an early morning appointment. I was looking for a computer repair service near me. Lucky me, I contacted Dr Pc to save all the vital data that I had on my broken MacBook Air. John's customer service was outstanding, and he somehow found a way to extract all the data that I had on it. His final price was more than fair based upon the amount of work that he had to do. I run a very busy hair salon in thousand oaks and when my computers are not functioning correctly, we can have big problems with scheduling, etc. Yesterday or scheduling system went down at our front desk, needless to say, it was causing big issues. I found DrPC from a recommendation from one of my customers. I called DrPC and booked them for 9am the following morning. John showed up and immediately got to work. HE was very friendly and explained what he was doing as he worked. Turned out that the computer was no longer on our network. I also had him install a printer for us. John did a great job, highly recommended

Cant say enough positive things about this company: Their customer service is exceptional as are their technicians. I run a home based business and my computer is the lifeblood of the whole operation. Late yesterday afternoon, my email stopped working. I searched google for computer repair near newbury park and found DrPC. WE scheduled an appointment for 8am the following day. The tech arrived on time and had my email issue resolved in about 15 min; I was so grateful! Highly recommend DrPC for any computer problems

Had a hard drive go bad on my powerbook and needed data recovery. I called around to get an idea of cost; estimates ranged from $200.00 to almost $1000.00. I decided to go with Dr PC in Thousand oaks. I had called them first and had a good feeling about them.
2 days later I picked up my defective drive along with all of my recovered data and was relieved to only pay $300 (which I found more than fair)
