Not very affordable
These people are terrible I mean LOOK AT THEM. Totally a rip off, I took my daughter's computer to them to fix the software getting slow. They messed it up trying to fix it by installing even more bogus fix tool that made it worse. They did not erase and re-load anything.
Would you recommend this business to a friend? No

Could you please contact us so that we can look into what happened? We do not have a record of a customer named Bill Ward, but perhaps you checked it in under your daughter's name? I'd like to see what your work order said, since you obviously were expecting a system reload. Please reply to this post or email/call the store so that we can investigate the matter properly.

I got my gaming PC at Dragonware over a year ago and it still runs great. I've played Unreal Tournament 3, Bioshock, Crysis and a little Timeshift on it and there's nothing it can't handle. The case I got is awesome and shows off the parts inside. I see they've renamed the series that I bought Envy and I think it's a good name. All my friends want to know where I got my computer - and I tell them that they need to go to Dragonware!
