I had the worst experience I've ever had at a retail outlet. A person I thought was a customer told me it was cheaper to fix my computer at this place than sending it back to the manufacture. When I came to pick the computer up, none other than the customer was standing behind the counter. Overcharged for terrible service. Tried to charge me for services not needed and lied about services preformed. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Hate to recommend you to a large corporate computer repair but geek squad (bestbuy's computer repair) is far superior. At worst, if you have a complaint you can tell someone higher up on the corporate ladder instead of dealing with the stubborn manager that doesn't care about your complaint. ( They already had my money and could less about me)
