Went in for a power supply. He didn't have one, but tested the one I had to assure me that it was in fact dead. Satin talked for a while, seems like a very nice gentleman, with some knowledge and experience in the industry. I'll go back next time I have a computer issue.

True small town service. Need a part and didn't want to drive to the valley. Called these folks, they knew exactly what I wanted, ordered it, and I picked it up 2 days later. Excellent, highly recommend.

I have very limited knowledge about computers. My work computer has been running slow for awhile - probably before covid. I considered purchasing a new computer but then remembered seeing this place. This guy was great! He corrected the mess I made trying to set up my new computer and Microsoft office. He was also extremely reasonable for the time it took to correct my mistakes and then set up correctly.

I came in with a computer with a bad hard drive and came out with same computer working like new. Low cost, super fast repair time, And I'm from Yachats And it was worth the hour and a half drive to him and hour and half back home and I did that twice: So yes he is the man to go to.

I had an issue with my CPU where the pins were bent. I took it in to desperate hard drives and a day later my issue was resolved! Very efficient and affordable, the owner was extremely nice. I will definitely return if I have further issues with my computer.

So impressed! He fixed up my old computer so it is good as new! He even got it done a day early and for less than quoted! I also noticed him being very patient with people's explanations about their computer issues and even fixing the problem on the spot. Highly recommended!

I strongly recommend Desperate Hard Drives for your computer adjustment and/or repair needs. Binaya did a wonderful job of transferring my files from an old laptop to a new one. There were some complicating issues in the transfer he quickly and easily resolved, and he returned my new laptop to me exactly as I wanted it and earlier than committed. I will be returning to Desperate Hard Drives for all my computer issues.
