I dropped off My machine at DelVal PC for virus removal. Some of the other places I called could not give me a price for the repair unless I let them check my laptop out. They also told me that it might be a few days before I even knew what the cost would be. I called DelVal and explained what was happening. The tech gave me a price over the phone. I dropped the machine off and picked it up the very next day. The machine is runnning great now.
