DC Tech Solutions - Washington, DC

I called DC Tech when my system crashed. I first talked to Dell support and they recommended I reinstall windows, but they also advised me in doing so that I would lose all my files. At that point I knew I did not want to try this myself. I called DC Tech Solutions and Robert was able to come in 2 hours. I was impressed by the fact that the first thing he did was recover and back up my files. After testing the hard drive, he found it was the problem. He replaced the hard drive, reinstalled windows, and restored my files in less than 3 hours. The cost was very reasonable, even with the new hard drive.
