The crew here especially Trent was extremely helpful and patient with my needs! This is the nicest experience I've had with a computer/IT company.

I've been here a few times now. This last time, I took in a rather new Lenovo PC I got from Best Buy that I was disappointed with out of the box. It was very sluggish, especially on startup. Starting up sluggishness would be so excessive at times that just logging in could take 5 to 10 minutes. It would also continue after startup, freezing intermittently.

The service technician Trent recommended if I really wanted to improve the performance drastically to upgrade the hardware to solid-state. He had it done a day later, and when I started it up at home, the difference was night and day from the get go. I doubt Geek Squad at Best Buy would have recommended this, the best solution. Not only is the service provided a thousand times better than Geek Squad, Trent doesn't talk your ear off and give you 10 different forms to fill out like Geek Squad. He just talks to you person to person with what you are concerned about.

Found this after my dad's computer wasn't booting up and they fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. Followed that up with taking a friend's computer in as the cd player wasn't working and again fixed timely and at a very reasonable price. I will continue to use in the future if needed

Friendly professional service. Brought my laptop in for repair, they called with regular updates and when I got it back it was as clean as when we first bought it. Highly recommend!

My experience with Michelle and Trent were highly professional. Michelle answered the phone immediately and directed me to Trent. Trent cleaned up 3 computers from as far back as 2002, wiped and recycled them. He set up my new computer, transferred files and organized all my photos from 3 old sources. He kept me up to date on his progress and completed the job in a timely fashion.

My new computer is totally organized and clean, as well as my back up drive. I would recommend CSI Technical Services to anyone in my family, friends and community in Del Webb. What a relief!

Took my pc in to get it looked at. Found out that the problem is my mother board can't support my cpu. So they recommended what motherboard or cpu I should be looking at since I need to replace one of them. The service was very helpful and fast, the prices per the service was also very good. If I don't understand any tech issues I would be sure to come here again.

Helped me remotely in a credible and trustworthy manner. They gave me helpful advise for many things just because they are nice. I really appreciated that. I will feel confident to have my parents bring their computers to them. Thank you.

Dustin got us back up and running when our internet went out and something glitched causing our Sage accounting software not to open on our workstations. it took a bit of explaining and dealing with Sage support on our end, but he took the time to understand what we needed, and was able to get it back working how it was before! We really appreciate to professionalism and timely manner he is able to work with us when needed.

I have been very happy using CSI Technical Services. They are always very friendly and do a fast and great job. Most importantly, their prices are fair and lower than competitors.

I have a Chromebook that I love, and just stopped working one day. It just got of warranty so I took it apart to troubleshoot with no luck at all. CSI Technical Services have a Free Diagnostic service, so I thought I would give them a shot since I was not successful. Turned out it was my charger (seriously I did check that;-) and they were happy to let me know the laptop was fine and I could pick it up at any time. No charge and incredibly nice people. Check them out. you will not be dissapointed.

In September, i needed a replacement keyboard on my ThinkPad Yoga 14. I also had CSI install an SSD, and replace a battery that was going bad. The rates were reasonable, and I was able to avoid spending about 5X as much for a new computer. They diagnosed all of the issues quickly, and provided quality service at reasonable prices. I will continue to use them when I need assistance.

Awesome company. I recently had them clean up an old computer that was freezing and just not operating properly. They repaired it and it now works fine. They quoted me a price and although it took a couple days the price stayed the same. I am very happy to have dealt with them and I will again.
