I give Nicolas Simon and his Company, Cowbell Systems Computer Services an A+++ for speed, professionalism and efficiency. We recently had to install a new T1 line in our office and did not think about the impact of this change on our VOIP phones. “I have used many Computer repair and Consulting firms and have never written a recommendation for one until now. The people at Cowbell Systems not only get the job done in the time they estimate, but they "get it" so you don't have to explain yourself over and over again. They are also alot of fun and have a great sense of humor and enjoy working with people. I can be anywhere in the world and they will respond in a timely fashion.
