Mr. Jeremy Jarvis came up with the idea of Corptek in 1989. IBM had just introduced the PS1 and later the PS2 computer to the public. Mr. Jarvis started a home based business working on computers and other electronic devices.In 2000 while teaching computer repair, networking, application software, web design, cabling installation, and electrical installation, people were coming to Mr Jarvis seeking his help with their computer repairs; the need was obviously there, hence Corptek IT Solutions expanded from a home-base standpoint.
Now after moving to Cleveland Tennessee Jeremy and his wife Maria have started Corptek I.T. Solutions as a Tennessee based company. From a dream to reality God has give Jeremy and Maria the desire to make Corptek a long standing company.
Through their Bradley Cleveland Chamber of Commerce contacts and their involvement with the Small Business Committee Maria and Jeremy have made great advances in getting Corptek's name out in the public. With the addition of the surveillance division and the Vista Specialist operations Corptek is now able to deliver even more I.T. Services.

Corptek is a great place to take your computer for repairs, new installations, security issues, etc. They also specialize in security for businesses including security camera installation and monitoring. They service many large corporations and businesses as well as individual clients. They're your one-stop place for all of your computer, and Internet and security needs. Their employees are not only very knowledgeable, but kind and considerate. I highly recommend them!

Corptek was very professional, They looked over my computer and quickly diagnosed the problem. They fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't try to sell me something that wasn't needed. They fixed my laptop in just a few hours and updated everything for me. I would highly recommend Corptek to anyone needing computer or laptop repairs.

Took my mother in law's laptop over for a Windows upgrade. Ended up with a Windows upgrade and a hard drive upgrade to a solid state drive! The laptop is running even better than before! The staff is knowledgeable and very professional. They definitely meets their customer's computer/IT needs. I highly suggest Corptek!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am a college student who had a problem with an update on my computer and took it to my I.T. at my school they told me the only way to fix it was by wiping my whole computer so they did and still could not fix it. I searched for computer repair places and this was one that popped up and had 5 stars so I gave them a try. They had my laptop back up and working is at most 45 minutes and said that they would not have had to wipe the entire computer to fix it. Also great down to earth guys, very genuine and easy to talk to! Very very reasonable price in my opinion.

We use them as our Tech Support and I love them. If I send a message or call they have me up and running in just a few minutes. I worked in a very large company and it would take all day to fix a computer problem with Lisa at Corptek done in just a very few minutes. I would recommend them 1st before any other company.

I hate to share anything because then Jeremy and Lisa will be too busy and I won''t have them available to help me.! These two are the dynamic duo of Web design and computer repair. Not to badmouth the competition but BB had my computer every other week and as soon as they would fix one thing, something else would go bad. I was looking to buy another computer when I heard about Jeremy.
He had my computer for just a few hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered the repair part and got it installed. That was 18 months ago and it has worked perfectly since then. Jeremy and Lisa walked me through the new system and then I was smart enough to book a couple extra lessons with Lisa, which made things even easier. Jeremy also fixed the 'reception' problem on the desktop that belongs to my husband.
There is nothing they cannot do - and it is always with a smile. Stuck by a problem I created - Lisa even took the time to call me back in the evening with a solution. I cannot say enough nice things about Corptek and Jeremy and Lisa. It is wonderful to have competent and knowledgeable people available and for them to have such a professional can do attitude. They are definitely my 'go to' people, then, now and in the future!

A friend of mine spilled a drink on my macbook. I took it to Mac Authority in the mall in Chattanooga and their techs referred me to Corptek I.T. Solutions for data recovery. The tech at their office in Cleveland took my hard drive out of my Macbook Pro and was able to get all of my pictures, documents, and music off of my old hard drive. He was able to remove the encryption and put the data on my new Macbook Pro. I was so glad they were able to get my data moved for me. I will recommend them to everyone who has a Mac.
