EDIT: I called today because one of our work computers is making a strange noise, assuming it just needs dusted out on the inside. I was told that due to a chip shortage they are not taking any service repairs for the next 6 months. I left a star for past experience, but very disappointed that they couldn't help with an issue that has nothing to do with a chip shortage.

I would recommend finding another reliable company. ORIGINAL: We bring our work computers here to get serviced, and it was finally my turn to get my workstation upgraded. I brought my VERY slow computer in the morning, and got back a LIGHTNING FAST machine just after lunch. Everyone is professional and have great customer service skills. They even have nostalgic tabletop games on display (maybe even to play if you are waiting?) Thank you CCC!

Great service. Was able to tell me what was wrong with my desktop, after taking it to Best Buy twice and numerous phone calls.

I have been to the place today to show my laptop not charging and switching on. The staff is very professional, the guy who helped me maintained social distancing even asked me to stand at right spot, I heard the manager was telling an employee to wear mask and reminding about the consequences. During this time taking Covid seriously really shows their care to customers and their employees.

Since they have a long backlog due to Covid virus I couldnt submit my laptop for repair but the guy was quickly able to check my charger and rules out one issue. I like how they operate and in future if needed I will go to them.

They went out of their way to repair my Lenovo while I was visiting San Diego for the well.

Great customer service they even repaired my laptop for free since it was a piece of plastic blocking the fan. I highly recommend going to see them very professional I took care of it very fast. They have earned my business moving forward.

Good place to fast repair the Lenovo latptop. David is very helpful and professional to solve my ThinkPad problem.

I have been in here twice and was pleased both times. The 2nd time, they were able to work with my lap-top on the counter, and correct the software, and get me out the door with working laptop, just ONE stop, and a for a reasonable charge.
