My laptop crashed and I thought that was that. All my documents and photos gone. I called Computrs Inc. Greg said bring your laptop in. He had answers to all my questions. Offered many solutions to get my laptop up and running. Craig is Very knowledgeable, professional and polite staff. He was able my laptop up and running better then new in only a few days.

And all my documents and photos were back. He also cleaned up all the malwear and updated all my programs. I was very happy with the service. I highly recommend them. I was glad that I came here. And will be back. Thanks for all the help Craig. If you need help with your laptop or PC this is the place to go.

I brought in my 10 year old computer in because Internet access stopped working. Due to the age of the laptop, price was a concern. Greg, the technical support person tried a few tests, but could not immediately determine what the issue was. He suggested I leave it there and he would take a deeper dive. A couple of hours later he gave me a call and informed me he resolved the issue and additionally updated all the drivers.

I bought it home and it's been working like a champ ever since, all done a reasonable cost. I would like thank Gregg for his expertise and effort. I would highly recommend Computrs Inc.

My computer wouldn't start so I brought it over to see if it could be fixed. Got a re-installation of Windows 10, an update of many drivers, all my files Firefox bookmarks recovered, and all my questions were answered thoroughly. It took only 1.5 hours and the cost was very fair.

I came upon Ken and his wonderful team late last year when my laptop died! It was truly a blessing in disguise. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, individualized, and highly competent service they provide. When it was found that my laptop couldn't be repaired, Ken took the time to guide me to a product that was reasonably priced and suited my needs.

They then transferred all the information from my old laptop to the new one. Unlike most large retailers, Computrs Inc offered me free tech support for a year after purchase. Since I'm not tech savvy, this is a priceless service especially since they provide remote support which spares me the time and effort of making the trip to their site. To top it all off, they answer phones!

There is no automated system that sends you through a maze of endless options. Reliable products backed by great service that's provided in a timely manner - I highly recommend Ken and his team!

These guys were AMAZING. I brought in my PC after the psu died. They had it back to me in record time, when it would have taken me months more time and money to ship it back to the manufacturer even under warranty. They cleaned up the wiring, and helped me get a UPS to help prevent the issue from happening again. While I hope to not have an issue again, I would definitely take it back here without a second thought.

I have been using the excellent team at Computrs Inc. for over 10 years. They listen to you, go above and beyond to get you the results you ask for, and help with extra advice and service where they see a need you missed. They will fix a broken computer, help transfer files, etc. to a new computer, and have even provided extra help programming a laptop to fit the unique needs of a disabled family member. Fair prices and honest, experienced service you can rely on. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Computrs Inc. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. I bought my last 2 computers with them and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They have helped me every time I've run into an issue with my computer, printer, phone, etc. They have always resolved whatever problem I'm having. Their customer service is great. They are extremely helpful, patient, and easy to deal with. And their prices are very reasonable.

Everyone whose computer fails knows how stressful it can be - data lost and possibly irretrievable, not to mention time lost from work if using it professionally. When my PC was slowing down and acting strange, I didn't know what the problem was or who to turn to. Then I lost access to the Internet, as well, and it wasn't a WiFi problem. I knew I had to find someone who would come to my home to diagnose the issue.

At the recommendation of a friend, I called Computrs Inc., and I'm so glad I did! Errol came promptly to my home - that same morning - and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Long story short, he took my PC back to the shop, replaced the hard drive and moved all my data over, so I was up and running (faster than ever, I might add) in less than 24 hours!

I am delighted to have found someone out there who is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy and charges a fair price for their service. I highly recommend Computrs Inc, and feel confident knowing there's someone reliable out there that I can turn to when problems arise. Thank you, Ken and team!

I highly recommend Computrs Inc! These guys saved me thousands of $$. I had an external hard drive that held all photos and videos of my youngest daughters entire life, all our travels over 10 years, along with the past 10 years of my oldest daughters life. We thought all was lost when I went to use my hard drive and it showed no files. I contacted many recovery companies who wanted minimum of $3000.00.

A close friend of ours recommended Computrs inc. so I gave Ken a call, I sent my hard drive to him and he called me the following business day and informed me he is able to recover 100% of the lost data for a fraction of the cost the other guys wanted. No price gouging " just because they can ". Such a relief! For all our future computer issues we will absolutely be using Computrs inc. Thank you, Thank you!

Great experience here. Had data I needed recovered from a non-working hard drive. Ken and his team did a great job and got all my data faster than they had committed to. I've been in and around the computer industry for 15 years and am familiar with the price of data recovery services. Computers Inc doesn't gouge because you need the data, they offer very fair pricing for the type and quality work. I highly recommend the team here for your computer and repair related needs.

Ken and Bill did a great job for me replacing my failing computer to a new better system. They eased my fears and got it taken care of very quickly. I love working on the new computer and they transferred everything over with no problems. They were very pleasant and charged reasonable fees. I will always use them for my computer needs.

I have been with Computrs. Inc for 14 years now and have never, not once, been disappointed. Ken's company is all about personal service. Their service is high quality and my expectations are always met. From the first phone call to the finished product - service is SUPERB! Also, there have been times when it was easy to drop the computer off at the shop, however, most times I cannot.

Home service is prompt and remote online service is also amazing. My boss retired, moved to Florida and still has all his service done remotely. They are all ABOVE and BEYOND. Woo-hoo. I would be lost without them. Romy B

I went to Ken after I went to Best Buy and a company in Ridgewood called iTech to see if my all in one Lenovo Desktop could be repaired. The harddrive went on the two year old machine and Ken and his team were the only company that could restore my hard drive. I ended up buying a new laptop and monitor from him and everything seems to be working. I realize that some of the other posts gave negative reviews but in my experience, he was the only one able to get the files and photos restored so I am giving him 5 Stars!

I recently had some corrupted files on my Microsoft Outlook. Ken and his tech Jesse are both very competent, courteous and prompt in their response. Further, Ken made a good recommendation to replace by older hard drive with a new Solid State drive which, though a bit pricey, I am glad I did. Now my laptop boots up in a fraction of the time it used to take. Overall, they are very good and do a pretty good job. I now postponed buying a new laptop.

Absolutely wonderful! Ken and his staff bent over backwards to help my mom, the proverbial little old lady). She had just purchased a used/refurbished/off lease computer from Tigerdirct. It had some weird video connectors (DMS 59) that allowed for a 2 vga monitors to be connected. I had finished configuring the computer remotely and it was getting to be a nice machine. Inexplicably, the color red was no longer displayed on her monitor.

We were at wits end. I called Ken and asked for his help. He dispatched a technician to my mom and it turns out that Tigerdirect had sent a bad connector cable. I will deal with Tigerdirect shortly. His prices and services were second to none. Highly recommended.

After my PC had problems last year, Ken and his staff got the problem cleaned up and installed protective software to keep the system "clean." They also removed the dust bunnies from an overheating fan. They were open and available when I needed them, and I think they did a pretty comprehensive job.

They know there stuff and have given me great advice. They told me how to scan my computer which solved my back up issue. No charge. I'll to to them next time I have a real problem.

Back in July, my husband and I purchased a new computer, router and printer with wi-fi capability. We had very little idea how to set up our new equipment correctly. The Computrs tech came to our house one evening to connect and setup our system. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He was so great, we decided to request that they wipe & reformat our old computer with the idea that we could give it to my dad.

The tech took the old computer with him and the owner, Ken, personally delivered it back to us. While Ken was at our home, he helped me tweek some item on my new computer. Their pricing was extremely fair. Recently, I accidentally wiped out our wi-fi connection. Ken connected to our system via an internet connection and helped me fix the problem at no charge. I have already recommended them to two other individuals and will continue to recommend them.

I don't trust them. Originally brought in my Mac for a hard drive repair. That was satisfactory. However, they did not do the work they I asked for (a minor fix), so when I called they assured me I could bring it in to be adjusted and would be fixed "no charge." Imagine my surprise when Ken handed me a bill. Even Mario, the tech I'd been working with, was surprised.

I sent a letter of complaint to him--he refused to answer. I also filed a complaint with the BBB of NJ. Computrs Inc obviously doesn't care about customer service or satisfaction because he never bothered to answer either of us. When you walk in the door and he's so excited to be helping you? He doesn't care about you, the customer. Will never, ever go back there again. Only 1 star because the tech knew his stuff.

I brought my macbook in to Ken. It had a broken backlight NOT SCREEN. He said he was going to ship it to a person who could fix it. I agreed. He shipped it to CALIFORNIA, it came back with a cracked screen. He then claimed it was cracked when I brought it in. LONG LONG LONG story short, we went to court. I had the original document which stated the laptop was in perfect condition on the exterior when I brought it in, and he showed the judge an altered document attempting to prove it WAS cracked. anyway, he is a liar, a cheat, a smug, stuck up person who doesn't deserve ANY customers.

He lost in court, I won the case. It will be in the records. He paid $250 for my new macbook screen, which in the end was fixed by Apple themselves for. somewhere in the range of $500-600 I paid for the backlight, which I should have, as I am the one who broke that. He is a dishonest person to the core.
