My MacBook Pro quit. I went to their location and was met by a friendly knowledgeable staff. I was told they would need to do a diagnostic exam of my computer to determine it's issue. They advised me upfront of the cost of the exam, and further advised they would make no further repairs without consent from me. I agreed and left my computer. Within a couple of hours they called saying they had found the issue.
They gave me the exact cost to make the repair, and I agreed. The following morning I picked up my fully functioning computer for the exact price quoted. It was good to deal with people who did what they said they would do. I would recommend this business to people I know if they were to have computer issues. Thank you.

I have an apple Macbook Pro and has been giving me battery fits for several weeks, they had my proper battery in stock and had my battery changed out in less than 2 hours. Great job. On a personal not the Staff was incredible. my son who LOVES computers and technology completely nerded out in store and the staff were so incredibly helpful walking him through how much to save, quality, tech, and personal preferences. I will be returning for any computer issues in the future!

I spilled water on my MacBook Pro, and managed to get the water out from under the screen, but one of the ports wasn't working anymore and I was worried there was still some water inside that would cause me problems down the road. Steve and Kyle were great in giving me a fair price to inspect my laptop and replace anything that needed to be replaced.
I dropped it off Friday, they told me by Monday it would be fixed but Kyle put in some extra time so I could have it next day! Now it works perfect and it's all thanks to their hard work! Thank you!

After a long weekend trip, I started my Monday with my laptop refusing to come on. Took it to ComputerXpress to see if it was salvageable. Unfortunately, it wasn't but the guys her were able to save my files (both work and personal) and even gave me a great deal on another laptop. Very happy with ComputerXpress.

I am typing this review from my custom-built PC that this place built. They did a fantastic job! Steve also hooked me up with a superb monitor for a perfect price! I'd recommend coming to this store if you ever need your PC built or if you need a monitor! I would give this place an 11/10 if I could.

I needed my computer cleaned and thermal gel replaced. It was running hot and fan was running on overdrive. They gave me one quote and I thought it was a bit high but I agreed because I needed it fixed and they had done it for me before. I was pleasantly surprised when they were done earlier than expected and was half the original estimate! They under promised but over delivered. I think that is the best way to do business as a small business owner myself.

So my laptop crashed and wouldn't come on again.so I thought I could YouTube how to fix it.word of advice-leave tech to the professionals lol. Steve was amazing and offered in store options for a used laptop, like new, but I couldn't afford that at the time. My laptop ended up staying there for a few months (wayyy longer than they usually allow) but he was so patient.
I was able to buy my own portable hard drive and he just charged me for transferring my files. End result, he did a great job and I was able to access all my valuable files that were years worth of storing on that laptop. No complaints.any computer related issues- I'll be back here and would definitely recommend.

These guys are AWESOME! Excellent service. Quick and efficient. They are also very nice, professional, and friendly. They helped me with all of my questions and helped me understand how to set up my new system once I got it home. I will never go anywhere else for any of my computer needs. Well worth the drive! Honest and quick. We came in looking to replace my daughter's laptop that had a broken screen, and Steven recommended we fix it instead. He could have easily sold us a new computer. Her laptop was ready the following day before she needed it for school on Monday. We'll definitely be back.

Fast, friendly, knowledge expertise from Computer Xpress! Steve looked at what we needed, and he ordered the part. The fan arrived quickly, we.stopped in, Steve opened it up in front of us, and carefully and quickly replaced the part while we watched. He has been with the company for 6 years and was very proud of their growth and spoke well of the company. We hope not to need them again, but if we have any future computer issues, we will be back! Impressive! Good quality service, good value for the money.

Steve was helpful, he has extensive knowledge about computers, and what I liked most about this store was that he made us feel comfortable. When I go to best buy, its near impossible to escape a conversation with a sales rep about a computer but when I went here, he was laid back and gave me room to breathe and didn't make me feel like I had to make any decisions.
He informed me about every computer, explained to me how each one is different from the next and then let us decide. He also helped me on the phone afterwards when I had questions. I'll be a returning customer and I'll refer people to this store as well.

My laptop stopped working and I was lost. My husband would have normally taken care of it, unfortunately he passed away 2 weeks ago. So I Google the best computer company near me. ComputerXpress was first with 4.9 - 5.0 star rating. I called and Steve said bring it in. Long story short he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely reasonably priced.
Mine was dead, not worth fixing. So I had a newer laptop that afternoon. He went the extra mile for me. I was so happy to know that there's people like Steve out there that is truly honest and compassionate. I will be a customer for life. Thank you again.

Steve and his team are always awesome. They're skilled, professional, and down to earth. Prices could be better. I have had multiple laptops and desktops repaired here and I have always been satisfied with the work and price. As far as the used Apple equipment, their inventory all looks brand new. I personally would rather spend a little more at a trustworthy local place like this and be confident that I can trust the condition of the machine. Other places may have good sales, return policies, and warranties, so do your due diligence. If you do buy from ComputerXpress, you won't be disappointed.

I have been dealing with Computer Express for the past year, and they have consistently impressed me with their expertise and the services they offer. At my request, they built a brand new computer for me, from scratch, which has proven to be the best computer I have ever owned. In addition, their in-home service is superb. They are only just a phone call away, and always more than willing, to answer any questions and try to solve any problems one may encounter with the "mysterious" Windows operating system. Steve did a great job with my laptop. The software problem was solved in an afternoon. He installed malware protection and ordered a part for a broken usb port. The part was there in a few days, and he repaired it right at the counter. Steve also gave great advice to solve internet issues at home. The service was worth every single penny. My four year old lap top is back to being the blazing fast reliable one I remember and love. Thanks Steve.

Unlike the other computer repair places I have seen in the Pasco and Hillsborough vicinity, ComputerXpress is different. They have a much larger physical facility with several employees and do repairs on site and very quickly. In my last visit;, turn around was 1 day even though they had to order parts. In addition they have a very large show room of refurbished computers for sale and also will custom build laptops and desktop computers to order.
What made the main difference to me was how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. This was a very different experience than I had at the one time I went to Best Buy for a repair or other local Brandon places that had to ship the computers to another facility. Highly recommended and worth the drive even if you don't happen to live in Lakeland.

These folks are real professionals. I needed a repair for my HP laptop and brought it to them on Tues afternoon and got it back Wed near lunch. They replaced my hard drive very reasonably. Their store is loaded with computers and various other electronics. They had quite a few people when I picked up and everyone was getting taken very well. I will use them again if needed. I just moved to Mulberry, Fl. and my monitor decided not to work, after asking relatives about someplace to get the computer fixed I took it to ComputerXpress. They were very nice on the phone. Took it in and was very pleasantly surprised when they called and said it was done and nothing major was wrong with it. Only charged to check out the computer, which was very nominal.
These are some really honest guys, and very reasonable, and fast! I They have made a customer for life! Being new in the area I was really happy to find somewhere to take my computer that I can trust. Good going guys, and you will definitely see me in the future. Would recommend them to everyone that needs computer work done fast and reasonably.
